I ordered a new toilet seat through Amazon. However, when it arrived there was a slight imperfection. I contacted Croydex, who immediately arranged a replacement. No need to return the original ( I had sent a photo). The replacement arrived within a few days in perfect condition.
This is what I call Customer Care. A pity not all businesses take the same care

Our Rutland 'does not slip' toilet seat has gradually moved off-centre over the last few months and needed adjustment. Having lost the bespoke adjuster tool, I telephoned Croydex Customer Service to ask where I could source a replacement. Pleasantly surprised when contact person Alison told me she'd post one to me free of charge! Further discussion revealed I'd need two new brackets - which would also be foc if my purchase was within 12 month guarantee. I couldn't remember so left in abeyance. When I eventually found my purchase was within the last 12 months, I emailed a scan of the receipt and received the brackets within the week. Unfortunately a black plastic spacer bar was missing (and I did not have the original) so I had to request it also be posted to me. It was also promptly posted to me foc. It's been refreshing to deal with a company that employs real people (not AI chat bots) that genuinely want to help customers solve their problems in a prompt and friendly manner.

Around about 12 months ago we purchased four Croydex “soft close” lavatory seats as part of a project to update various shower rooms and en-suite facilities. Whilst the two most used seats continue to function correctly, the other two lost the soft close function. Rather than purchase two more seats, I enquired whether I could purchase new brackets. Unfortunately, these are not available but Croydex offered to replace both seats under warranty if I could supply proof of purchase even though the offending items were supplied by a local retailer and not direct from them. Receipts for relatively low cost items are not something that I normally retain and I informed Croydex accordingly, resigned to another visit to the plumber’s merchants. Customer services, however, came up trumps and after I supplied video evidence of the faulty items offered to replace both seats free of charge as a gesture of goodwill.
Although the failures may give Croydex the opportunity to consider the failure rate experienced or adding the soft close mechanism to their list of spares, I must pass thanks for the way in which my issues were addressed. Throughout the process, my queries were addressed in a professional and pleasant manner and, of course, the outcome was in my favour. Thanks Croydex customer services.

I needed spares for a Croydex shower rail. Online the items were out of stock so I phoned Croydex and they were able to find what I wanted. Paid over the phone and goods arrived within a few days. Very efficient customer service, very satisfied customer.

I had an issue with an order I placed with Amazon UK for a Croydex product. Amazon sent absolutely not what I ordered at all. I returned the unwanted item to Amazon, at the same time I let Croydex know that Amazon UK were selling non-Croydex products as Croydex, as a heads-up. Not only did Croydex acknowledge my issue - which wasn't their problem at all, it was Amazon - but they gifted me the item I had originally wanted as an amazing gesture of goodwill! That's more than customer service, that's above and beyond. Of course they deserve a 5-star review for that; thank you Croydex and in particular your Customer Service team who are not just performing, they are out-performing. Magic.

Croydex responded promptly and very helpfully when I had given myself an installation problem with their quick release toilet seat.
My previous toilet seat was difficult to fix and moved when you sat on it. I can look forward to no such unwanted movement with the Croydex design! I also note that, if I were to damage the seat, a Croydex quick release replacement would fit the same brackets with no installation trouble at all! Thank you!

Only gave 4 stars as the original package failed to arrive but Croydex customer services re-ordered and the second attempt has just been delivered- The problem with the original delivery was probably the courier rather than Croydex!

I contacted Croydex about a problem I had with my toilet seat, I sent all relevant info to them, and had a reply within 1hour to say that a new seat was being dispatched and would be with me in a few days, if thats not great service I dont know what is, many thanks Croydex, Alan Forrester.

I contacted Croydex seeking a replacement shower rail clip that had broken after several years of service. I received a prompt response from Tracey, who quickly arranged for replacement clips to be sent to me.

Received a new soft close toilet seat, hex screw had a fault on top of it so couldn’t us.
Spoke to Alison at sales and immediately offered to send out 2 new screws and brackets. Absolutely fantastic lady and amazing service.

I contacted Croydex regarding some replacement parts for my toilet seats, these were ordered and dispatched so quickly (next day)
I then had further issue when we broke the seat trying to attach the parts and they sent me a new toilet seat! Unreal service

Amazing experience from Alison in customer service. I’d bought my toilet seat from wicks, but the plumber had thrown away the fixings when he changed the toilet. Alison was able to sort everything out for me, sending the correct fixings in the post. It was so refreshing to speak to an actual person and get proper good old-fashioned customer service! What a great company!

Purchased a Cumbrian Grey Slate effect Standard Soft close Toilet seat from B&Q. I have never fitted such a well engineered seat to a Loo. The fitting is straight forward and the design means that there is absolutely no movement in the seat when attached. After 6 months it has not come the slightest bit loose. Easy to clean and looks great. Had a very small issue which was sorted immediately by the excellent customer service team (Tracey)with absolutely no drama whatsoever. I would not hesitate to recommend this company. They provide well engineered products and undoubtedly are extremely customer focused.

Spoke to Alison who was extremely helpful after being sold one of their toilet seats from vinted but it arriving with no fixtures and a cap missing i contacted them to see if I could get some and within minutes an order was placed and was kindly given to me free of charge due to the circumstances which I didnt expect but fully appreciated thank you so much and I will most definitely be recommending this company in the future to friends and family clearly good at dealing with any issue with their products even when not purchased directly
