I bought an item from CRVY and unfortunately the item was not suitable for me and so emailed customer service to arrange a return. The communication from the customer service department was of the highest standards I have ever come across. Such quick responses and the most friendliest and compassionate representative I have had to deal with. They showed understanding towards my concern and gave offer of a solution without any question. I would honestly recommend to anyone thinking of making a purchase, to please do so. Although the item wasn’t suitable for me, the quality of the item was still excellent. I would certainly look to repurchase other clothing items from CRVY in the future and would like to give a huge thanks to the customer service support team 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

The dress quality is really good and the customer service is amazing! I ordered a dress which I really loved, my partner commented on how good it look but it was slightly too big! I emailed to say I wanted to return but they shipped a smaller new dress out pretty much instantly and asked me to donate the other one or give it to someone else! I went on to order two more as the quality was really good and I am a huge advocate of supporting businesses like this! 10/10

My first order, I wasn't happy. Didn't give me the affect as advertised. But with the help of customer support this was quickly rectified

I have to admit, I was initially worried about poor-quality Chinese junk. I'm glad I ordered it anyway! The dresses fit beautifully, are of good quality, and last a long time. I've placed several orders now and am very satisfied. Shipping sometimes takes a while, but the service is truly excellent! I definitely recommend it :)

I ordered 2 dresses, they were absolutely stunning on, I didnt wear them for the occasion, but I had fantastic customer service from Joy who was extremely pleasant. Would 💯 recommend this website

Ordered a long sleeve and a vest type bodysuit. Better than I expected. Love the fastener closing underneath very practical. Hope to order more now especially the long sleeve for the Winter

Wow!!! Usually, due to chest size, I only buy bodysuits that sit under the bust but on this occasion I tried the bodysuits that cover the chest. I tried it on, expecting to still have to wear a bra underneath, but tried on first with no bra. Oh my word!! Today was the first time in decades that I have left the house with out a bra on and I felt absolutely amazing. Usually I wear a 38 J cup bra & go to bed at night with marks on shoulder from straps, red marks under boobs from wire, not today though. I absolutely love these body suits and I have already ordered another 2. ❤️

Such a great experience with quality, customer service, everyone gave compliments for dress. I got no word left how they sort customer queries. ❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️

Fantastic service my items were to big so put in for a refund and a smaller size had a reply within 24 hours to say to keep the items and the new ones are on the way very happy and shall be buying from them again in the future

I ordered two of the shapewear products, but found them to be too short for my height, so I contacted CRVY to return them.
Joy responded asking if Id like to try other prducts, and was so helpful in getting me something I was happy with.
She did her very best to assist me.
So now I have two lovely dresses with in-built "shapewear" that almost (but not quite) smooth my lumps & bumps.
They are nice fabric and feel comfortable on, though getting them on requires the help of someone else.

I had an issue with sizing as dress was too big, I contacted customer services who responded straight away and dealt with the issue, great service and looking forward to receiving dress in right size.

Das Teil ist sehr schlecht genäht( von wegen Natlos) und ist nicht Grösse M, sondern Kindergösse 122...Unverschämtheit, dafür knapp 40€ zu verlangen. Nehmt unbedingt Abstand von einer Bestellung....

Customer service Joy was wonderful at sorting out when unfortunately one of the bodysuits wasn’t working for me. Personally if i have a good customer service experience then i am more likely to use again. Thanks again Joy

The size was what it said. The dress was really good quality and styling. I will definitely be ordering more for holiday next month.

I have purchased several bodysuits. I decided to get a couple more colours and use my free delivery offer and upon checkout bought a discounted thigh length bodysuit. But when it arrived it was not practical for me to use. I requested a return and was offered a replacement instead. I chose a dress for my daughter and gifted the suit to a friend. Although I did not return and receive a refund I was very happy to have a replacement and ended up with two gifts for the price of one item. I was replied to within 24hrs and received my replacement within a week.
I wear the bodysuits everyday and have all colours.

The dress was everything it promised to be. It was comfortable, figure hugging and I easily looked 2 sizes smaller giving me a fabulous moral boost. Quality is not bad although I would have preferred it in a smooth fabric instead of the ribbed fabric. It arrived fairly quickly and is a lovely dress

Lace bodysuit - lovely bodysuit and the quality etc was good but it didn’t really suit me around the bust. Personally I feel it would suit the smaller busted ladies. I contacted CRVY via email to arrange a return and their customer service was spot on - very prompt response to my query, which was dealt with courteously and to my satisfaction. Thank you
