Bought an air con unit
Bought an air con unit, got it fitted by f gas fitter and an electrician done all the electrical work! The control panel didn’t work properly from day one, so I sent a video of it not working and they said I need to go though the warranty, and I needed the F gas certificate! The electrician said he would return at no extra cost. Alls I wanted, was them to send out a new controller and I would have sent their faulty one back. The electrician would have swapped it over at no extra cost! Job would have been done. But no CRW are making a mountain out of a mole hill

Crw have assured us that our money…
Crw have assured us that our money would be in our account by the end of the week today from a previous review we had a reply from crw it is Saturday the 12th of September from when you told us on the 5th it was showing refunded we are still waiting for nearly 3k we have asked for the account it was supposed to have been paid into still waiting to be told this is very poor customer service so as you assured us We would have our money Where is it ?

Let down by couriers
ORDERED a relay for a freezer two weeks ago and still havent received it. Received 14th June with explanation today. Looks like courier let them down. Good communication though.

Sorry to hear this. If your order was due to be sent by Hermes and dispatched between the 29th May and 2nd of June, Hermes was experiencing delivery delays during this time due to labeling issues. They guaranteed that all the effected items would be delivered by the 15th of June. To all the orders they did not fulfill we issued refunds to people who sent us emails. Tracking shows that your item was delivered and signed for on the Saturday the 14th https://www.myhermes.co.uk/tracking-results.html?trackingNumber=8052381247684680. Sorry for the delay in the delivery of your item. Unfortunately we do not have any control over the couriers ability to deliver.
