Honestly a very trustworthy brand. The material isn’t cheap imo and the shipping never takes more than 2 weeks which is pretty good for international shipping. Everything I’ve ever bought from this brand makes me feel good about myself. 10/10 <3

Quality is really bad. The pieces are very cute but unfortunately the quality is like any other china shop. Oh and don't forget the prieces are too high so just wait before purchasing since the owner gives 40% off coupons every other day

I am the self proclaimed biggest crybaby out there-and by that I mean, biggest fan. There is very little of this store’s inventory that I am not currently hoarding in my closet. They have the best fitting jeans I’ve ever purchased which is huge for me because it’s so hard to find proportionally accurate petite denim!! I’m eternally satisfied with every purchase and I can’t wait to see more come out:)

Whenever I buy from crybaby I get so excited because I know I’ll be getting something cute that I’ll actually wear. I read some of the other review saying that the clothes are expensive and I do agree but the quality is worth it. Plus they give out discounts very often. My favorite clothing item that I have from crybaby are my jeans. They’re so cute! I especially love the fact that Esma checks on her supporters through Instagram and replies that many of the comments that need help. Overall, this brand is definitely my favorite!!

Cry Baby; lowkey, cute asl, the prices are very reasonable. Shipping and all customer service is super professional and efficient. I only wish they had longer (TALL) jeans cause they are so adorable.... but can't wait to see what else they come out with :)

this store has so much potential and is one of my absolute favorites! the jeans fit amazing and everything has always been very good quality. i’ve had issues with sizing but i don’t think that’s a fault with her business! i know she’s expanding and working more on her facilities so i can’t wait to see how it all grows! i would love to see longer return times available and better tracking but neither are terrible at all!

Love Crybaby <3 Their jeans are my favorite I've ever bought (literally gave away all other jeans I had bc I stopped wearing them and only wear these pairs now!!) And every time I've had any trouble w/ my order their customer service has helped a lot. Also, love the stickers in my first order last year - still have them on my phone case. Amazing instagram, mission, and clothing.

I love my crewneck!! It’s super soft and feels so comfy and warm, good quality material and true to size. They also have wonderful customer service and very kind people who work there. I will definitely be shopping here in the future <3

Cry Baby is overall a really great brand. In the past, I would say that most items are very good quality, but some are very cheap. For the clothes being expensive, I would expect nothing but excellent quality for all the clothes. But as of lately with the loungewear, the quality has been amazing. Hopefully they keep it up in the future. The clothes also run small, I always have to order 1-2 sizes up my true size. I read a review saying that bad reviews on the website are hidden to make the brand look better. I would agree with this. I've made a review about a couple items in the past and gave it 3 stars, but it was never posted. However, all my 5 star reviews were posted. I hope that more honest reviews are posted on the website to help people decided whether or not they want to buy the item. In my opinion, the clothes are overpriced, but they frequently give out discount codes which I like. I would be a lot happier and satisfied for what I'm paying for if the quality was nothing but excellent from here on out. Overall, this is a great brand with lots of potential for improvement!

Crybaby, in my opinion, is a really good brand. My items come on time as expected and the material is amazing and the clothes are super cute! I have a good amount of clothing from this brand and have not had any problems with any items whatsoever, I would say it’s definitely worth it!

ok so this store is fantastic!!
my orders always ship when 1-3 days and arrive on time.. and sometimes they include the MOST amazing little stickers! and not your usual like little self promotion logo stickers, just little vibey snapshot stickers that are amazing.
i use the size chart and everything always fits me perfectly.. and the clothes themselves are beautiful! they're always sooo cute and all have such a unique look to them.. even down to the clothing care tag (:

Crybaby completely lives up to the hype! I was initially hesitant to order just because I wasn’t sure if the clothes would actually be good quality, but I’m glad I got over that! My jeans fit fantastically and make me feel so cute! This is a great brand for petite bodies. Not to mention, the customer service is phenomenal.

I’ve been ordering from crybaby forever and it is my favorite clothing brand (i literally have ordered over $1,000 of their clothes lol)!! i really love their unique clothes and the fact that i can earn points and save money!!

It's overpriced, cheap material, only petite bodies can wear this brand, very difficult to return clothes and when you want to write a review on Crybaby Esma the founder of Crybaby will delete the bad reviews to make her brand look better than it is.

owner answered a question i had when i DMed her store which was nice, and the quality of clothes i got were good

So I got the Rachel green skirt from Cry Baby, and it took them 2 full weeks to ship one single item here, I have sent them email asking whether it was delayed, they just replied “it will be with you soon”. when the item got here I was asked to pay £15 for customs, which is 1/3 of what I paid for the skirt plus shipping. I also wrote an email to ask them about it because I don’t usially get customs, and the response was simply “check with your mailman”.
I just opened the package and the item was great, but I probably wouldn’t recommend people from overseas to order from them just because the shipping is too frustrating and customer service wasn’t helpful at all.
