I’m sharing my experience with BC.Game because I honestly feel cheated and want to warn others.
I received an email bonus (Advance Christmas Bonus) of ₹11,917.25 with a 15x wagering requirement (₹178,758.87).
Before completing the wagering, I contacted BC.Game live support to be 100% sure. I clearly asked them if after completing the full rollover, my entire balance including profits would be withdrawable.
The support agent confirmed this in writing.
Based on that confirmation, I completed the entire wagering requirement in good faith.
However, the moment I completed the wager, BC.Game removed all the profits I earned from the bonus. No warning, no clear explanation, no specific rule cited. Later, my account access was also restricted.

This has caused me serious financial and emotional stress. I relied on official support confirmation, yet my winnings were still confiscated.
