I had conor B come out recently to fit an ohme car charger. He was timely, efficient and knowledgable on the charging device. Would highly recommend.

From the first point of contact I was kept up to date throughout and everything went seamlessly.Fitter arrived on time and completed the installation neatly and efficiently.Left the job clean and tidy so I would definitely recommend.

The finished installation was a credit to his skill and work ethic, aimed at providing complete customer satisfaction. I had a new EV charger install by Conor from Crystal and the whole process was very straightforward. Conor arrived on time, fitted the charger in the neatest possible manner and with the minimum of fuss. He then helped me set up the App and ensure everything was working

Having waited for 8 months for EO to sort out my app, spoke to Richard at Crystal who was absolutely first class and he had me sorted in an hour. 😎 Thanks Richard, you’re a star and I’m so glad I no longer have to deal with EO who’s customer service is absolutely atrocious.

Crystal Electronics installed my Ohme charger and did an outstanding job. The engineer was very professional and knowledgeable. There was no corner cutting and the installation was frankly much better than I expected with multiple safety fuses/breaks in the system. I also received a Building Regulation certificate and Ohme safe installation certificate

I required assistance to set up my EV charger. I was contacted by Richard who was very helpful and patient. He arranged a convenient time to walk me through the process and provided some great advice.

From start to finish this was an easy, seamless process between Qvanta, Crystal and me.
Provided regular updates on install via online chat and calls.
Very easy to deal with and the whole process was simple.
Installation was excellent. Surprisingly didn't take long, all steps of the process were explained from arrival through to completion including app set up and test charging. No mess left at all either inside our outside the house. The installer actually hoovered after him. Great service.

After contacting Crystal Electronics on having a EV charger installed I was asked to supply pics of the electricity set up.
From this they were able to identify that I didn’t have an isolator installed which was required.
They advised me to contact Power Grid and also informed me that this is normally provided free of charge by Power Grid.
This information turned out to be correct and when they came out I was informed that the fuses also needed to be up rated before the EV installation could be done.
Once completed Crystal sent out an engineer and the EV installation was completed very quickly and competently by a really approachable engineer.
Top marks all round and would certainly recommend

I dealt with Olivia & Andy and Grant (engineer). Communication levels with Olivia and Andy were first class. I had an issue with faulty hardware (not Crystal’s fault) and they were proactive and ensured the job was completed asap once new hardware arrived.
Grant was a true gentleman. The installation job was not easy and he delivered a great solution to minimise the disruption. With the hardware fault, Grant went out of his way to come back and complete the job. Friendly, polite and worked in a tidy manner with minimal disruption to me. Only 15mins with no power. Overall couldn’t be more thankful to Grant for his efforts.

My first experience of this firm was a one star,
I reached out with a summary of how disappointed I was with everything that they did..
Within 8 hours,I had an email from Crystal, they had clearly looked into my concerns in details,and agreed that it was not good customer service.
The person that contacted me,asked if there was anything that she could help me with.
Yes there was!,within 4 hours,everything was sorted..
10 out of 10,,for listen,validation my concerns and sorting it all out...

I changed my wifi router so needed to reconnect my EO Pro Mini 3 charger to my network again. Richard Dunse was really helpful giving me all information I needed (log in user and installer names and passwords, as well as detailed instructions to follow, even a contact number in case I needed further assistance while I was next to my charger. The instructions were really clear and re-connection process worked first time. Excellent support, thank you!

My EV charger, installed a few years ago by Crystal, had stoped working. They were very responsive in their reply to my phone call and came out on the day I asked them to come. The engineer was very pleasant, he explained what he was going to do, he did it, tested it and it's all fixed. No complaints at all, only compliments.

Excellent service, the installer explained the process and what he would need to do, to install the EV charging point, went above and beyond in the installation moving heavy plant pots and keeping the area clean and tidy. When it was completed he explained how everything worked and showed me how to set up the charging point and helped to download the app and charge the car for the first time. Would highly recommend this company and the installer Conor B.

Excellent continuing customer service. I was experiencing a problem with my EV charger, The technician, Rich assessed the issue remotely and provided detailed and informed advice on how to resolve the problem, efficiently and patiently. Much appreciated.

Excellent service! I needed to move my EV charger due to an extension and Crystal fitted in with the builders so there was no delay. Really polite and efficient engineer, great work all round.

Conner, had good time keeping, showed professionalism and spoke with kindness he was very tidy worker , cleaned up after himself, he had respect for the home , always said what he was doing and asked if it was okay to put this here or there.
