We got in touch after receiving a quote elsewhere we perceived to be extortionate. within days of enquiring, Crystal Sigma were in the premises and produced a quote which was far more competitive. Following that within a week or so we had the Unit fitted. Very pleased with the service from the office staff as well as the two guys who fitted the unit. Very impressed with the entire service

They carried out the upgrading of our existing ac system with diligent workmanship and cooperative attitude and completed the contract work in a timely manner and to our full satisfaction. Excellent firm from start to finish. The job wasn’t as straight forward as we would have wished but the guys at Crystal Sigma found us the right solutions to make it works. I found them to be professional and trustworthy and fair - I can’t recommend these guys enough for all your AC needs.

Company are brilliant, emailed them and got back to me straight away regarding attending a site and quoting the works that are required. Got a phone call after they surveyed site and advised they will send costs over which I received shortly after. They kept in contact after regarding any updates. Great company and very helpful.

Crystal Sigma installed 2 air conditioner units in our house in London. We cannot be happier with their service and the final product. They were very easy to deal with, we had builders at home and they met with them and agreed on a plan to work together to install the units. Amazing job, thank you!
