Everything seems fine until you try to get your money back. I made a small profit and requested a withdrawal, but suddenly my "manager" disappeared. Then I got an email saying I need to complete some "trading volume" before I can withdraw my own deposit. This was never mentioned before! They just keep pushing you to add more funds while making it impossible to take anything out. Be very careful with CrystoVision.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I LOST OVER £27000 AFTER DEALING WITH CONSTANT PROBLEMS, INCLUDING A BREACH OF CONTRACT WHERE THEIR TRADER WAS OPERATING ON MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT PERMISSION. IT TURNED INTO THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE, WITH THE MANAGEMENT TEAM IGNORING ME FOR WEEKS DESPITE MY MESSAGES. THEY INITIALLY PROMISED A REFUND BUT CHANGED THEIR MIND AFTER I SPOKE UP ABOUT THEIR BEHAVIOR, WHICH FELT EXACTLY LIKE DEALING WITH A SCAM.

IN THE END I HAD TO BRING IN AN EXTERNAL SECURITY FIRM, FOLCO. CAPITALS, WHO HELPED ME RECOVER ALL OF MY FUNDS. THIS EXPERIENCE HAS MADE ME REALIZE I WILL NEVER AGAIN ALLOW ANYONE TO TAKE CONTROL OF MY CAPITAL. I AM JUST GRATEFUL I GOT OUT, AND I STRONGLY WARN OTHERS TO KEEP THEIR DISTANCE FROM THIS COMPANY.

Stay away from this site. The bonus terms are a trap designed to lock your money away forever. Everything seems fine until you try to withdraw your balance; that’s when the fake "security checks" start. They have no intention of returning your money. It’s a classic trap-easy to deposit, impossible to get a refund.

Fraud Alert! A person identifying himself as Tyler has called me multiple times and flooded my voicemail with blank voice notes. I refused his trading platform offering and when I said I'll report him for harassing me with calls, he challenged me "who are you going to report me to?"

Watch out. If you dont jump in and do what they say they harass you and ask you if you have a disability because you dont listen.
Got told they will phone me the hole day, phoning me back to back and sent me an inapropriate email.

On my end, spreads were shown before execution and behaved like you would expect with volatility. During volatility they widen like everywhere else. Verification is a standard KYC where delay can happen if the documents don't match.
I can't speak for every user, but blanket statements like "they ghosted me" without a timeline or support ticket don't feel like a complete story. My experience has been steady and professional so far.

Nice and steady broker. Nothing fancy. but it does the job I want it to. can place trades, look at charts, and get my money out without drama, which id the main thing for me.
