Chris services my elderly mum and dad’s boiler,he turned up when he said he would and explained everything to my dad he was very polite and patient with my dad which means a lot , I would definitely recommend him to anyone (Yvonne )

I contacted Chris when pipes to/from our boiler were leaking which came through the ceiling soaking the room below. He managed to squeeze us in & do a temporary fix until he could return. On returning he not only fixed the issue but made a few adjustments so it hopefully shouldn’t happen again & also gave the boiler a service.
Chris was professional yet friendly and explained everything, it’s difficult finding trustworthy tradespeople but Chris certainly is & would definitely recommend him. Wouldn’t hesitate on using again in the future, thanks again

He came on time quoted us then came on time to undertake the work. The work proved to be bigger than expected due to previous bad workmanship. He informed us giving us options.
At all times he communicated well and undertook the job on time and to a very high standard.

Used Chris this week to service our boiler and would highly recommend him. Chris replied immediately to my initial enquiry and quickly got me booked in for a convenient date. Had Chris and his colleague replace boiler in loft. They did a great job and were very tidy and polite. He called before he arrived on time. Would use him again explained how to use everything. Good workmen are hard to find.

Already had Chris in to do a boiler service , arranged for him to come back and fit a radiator , great tradesman , very knowledgable , reliable and honest , very tidy , went over on his estimated time but just charged us what he had quoted previous , top bloke , will definitely use again .

Chris arranged an appointment to suit our work schedules for a boiler service. He was very efficient and thorough, resolved some issues we were having with the central heating while he was here too. Very professional and we'll definitely use him again.

Chris came out to service our boiler before winter, identified a fault and dealt with the boiler manufacturer on our behalf. A replacement part was then fitted by the boiler manufacturer under warranty, Chris returned to complete the service and also sorted out a cold radiator problem at the same time.

Our balanced flue gas fire had not been used since late Winter until we used it a few days ago. Within 15 minutes my wife had a headache and my chest was affected by fumes.

I contacted Chris, who was away on holiday. He gave me instructions to switch the fire off and promised to attend on his return from holiday

Chris came today, carried out a full test of the fire and found it has developed an irreparable fault, resulting in carbon monoxide escaping into the room.

Chris has capped off the fire and given us extremely helpful advice on claiming under the fire's 7-year guarantee. He followed this up within the hour with a full written report.

I first contacted CS Connolly to see if they fitted heated towel rails for my parents in Edinburgh. I got a quick response back from Nicola, and then Chris. Communication was excellent from start to finish and Chris kept my parents in the loop the whole day. The job had some compilations and Chris dealt with these and tackled them all and completed the job. Chris went above and beyond what we had asked him to do (and didn't charge extra for this), he left the property in the same way he found it and was genuinely a really pleasant guy with an abundance of knowledge.
