Team 4 - Stuart Liam & Dean

Had all of my windows replaced today and the guys were great would highly recommend to anyone.

Team 4 Liam,Stuart and Dean turned up on time and introduced themselves. They got down to work straight away and put all the dust sheets down and covered up what they needed to.Stripped out and fitted excellent quality windows and the inside wood finish was done to an excellent standard.

We recently had a new sliding patio door installed by CSJ via joiner Steven Sherry and from begin to end the service was professional. The end product surpassed our expectations and we will without a doubt be using CSJ in the future.

Team 4 arrived promptly and got straight down to business. Liam,Calum,and Adam, introduced themselves, and got straight to work.
They were very corteous and respectful of the property. We have a dog and they were friendly toward's her too.
The job went well and no hitches, even vacuuming after themselves.
Gave you all the information needed to help you with anything else or were concerned about.
We would highly recommend this company.
I should mention the guy who just popped in as they were in our streethanding out flyers , so from that point of contact 2 weeks job done.

Team 4, Calum & Liam installed our new windows today. Despite having one heck of a time getting one of the old windows out, the 2 guys were cheery and positive all day long. Extremely polite, clean workers and only to happy to please. Did a great job leaving us just to re-hang the blinds and curtains. A fine example of how trades should treat customers.

The guys were here sharp and had the work done in no time. They worked as a team so that when one job was done, the next part of the job could be started. Offered them a hot drink on a couple of occasions because it was a cold, cold day but each time refused just so they could get the job done with as little disturbance to me as possible. Would highly recommend them. Thank you very much.

Just had two windows installed by this company and I would certainly use them again and recommend them.

Their sales representative - Gavin- was helpful and not pushy.

Being pushy would have put me off. He instilled a confidence in us that they would be a good company to deal with and that any issues would be dealt with quickly.

There was none of this "I'll call my boss to see if I can get you a special offer" nonsense that we had endured in the past.

It was pertinent, accurate for advice that we felt we could rely on.

As a result we decided not to get quotes from other companies because trust was, to us, as important as price which, in their case, seemed reasonable for the work being undertaken.

The installers came when agreed, they were efficient and cleaned up afterwards. And again helpful and informative.

So for me that kind of service is worth sharing for anyone spending a lot of money.

Your team, Calum, Liam & Adam fitted two large windows on 31 Oct. They did an excellent job and they left the house as tidy as they found it. Very courteous & professional and I would certainly recommend your company for its professionalism.

Just had a new back door fitted today by Team 4, Calum, Liam and Adam. They were very professional and efficient. Did a fantastic job and the finish around the door is fantastic. Great tidy up job at the end too!

I had a kitchen installed last month and my experience from start to finish was exceptional and extremely overwhelmed by the professional and caring skills of the team .Allan McKinley and his team which included plumbers electricians joiners plus the cleanup team in my opinion were wonderful and didn't require payment till as was satisfied. What more can I say as I have been so let down in the past and not really happy with the overall overpriced outcome. Allan and his team deserve much success for the future and I will constantly recommend there skills to anyone and will provide evidence of their excellent working ethics and costs.Mrs Mo Neilly

Central Scotland Joinery (CSJ) replaced the roof-line around both our house and separate double garage, four external doors and eleven windows. At the initial meeting to discuss replacement of our windows and doors, we were asked what type of job we wanted. We replied that we were not looking for the cheapest installation but a quality job at a reasonable cost.

The installation took place between 24 June and 3 July, 2019. Whilst there were elements of the installations which were not entirely satisfactory and shortcomings that required further attention, CSJ were very prompt in addressing any concerns, defects and the inevitable remedial works for a project of this size, which was completed to our entire satisfaction on 2 September.

In terms of end quality of installation, you can take some comfort that, providing you take a keen interest in overseeing the work being done, they have a willing work force who are keen to provide a quality job, albeit at the upper end of cost expectations. It is not unfair to say that there was considerable time pressure on our windows / door team on the final Wednesday, as they were committed to undertake a new job the following day, in the North of Scotland. Things were more than a little frantic!

What tips can we give ?

1) Whilst we are now very satisfied with the completed job and the quality of materials used, this should not detract from good practice in obtaining competitive quotations from 'trusted traders' of comparable quality. Our preferred CSJ sales executive was Gavin Keith who was very thorough.

2) If considering roof-line replacement, insist upon Andy, Mel and Ivor carrying out your job, who were extremely personable, competent and thorough.

Finally, a special note of thanks to Jack, the plasterer, George, the roofer and, particularly, Stuart, the engineer, who attended to any deficiencies in the installation and remedials resulting from it.

Such a great experience. Gavin from sales, the fitting guys (can't remember their names) (Edit: first fitters names .- Bryan, Liam & Jordan) and Jack, the plasterer all worthy of a mention. We almost immediately ordered more windows and the most beautiful front door I have ever seen :)

The second group of fitters wouldn't have been out of place in one foot in the grave (well one of them anyway). However they were trying really hard to preserve our bathroom tiles, they failed but given that the previous window had been in for at least 30 years I would still give them 10/10 and they resolved the problem to a high standard very quickly.

All in all we are very happy with the service, product and after sales and would absolutely recommend CSJ. Happy happy customers.

Central Scotland Joinery replaced a window for us recently. Everything was carried out quickly and with attention to detail. Any queries were dealt with right away. The team that fitted the window were very polite and work was of a high standard right down to tidying up afterwards! We have already recommended them to a neighbour!

Had four new windows installed and some extra joinery done. Team 3 were excellent. Turned up on time, got straight to work and worked to a finish. All the guys were polite and respectful, fully explaining what they were doing and clearing up as they went along. Even cleaned a neighbours car which had got sawdust on it. Good job folks

Tidy, efficient fitters who arrived on time and did a good job. They spotted a tiny fault in a pane of glass and immediately ordered a new unit to replace it. 👍
