Customer services was excellent and the product are great. Shipping was faster and quality of the chairs were excellent

First you were the only company I could find on my search that had the chairs I wanted with the black frame. We already had 80 and wanted add 10 to match. Customer service was outstanding. Initially I spoke with Sarah and she was so patient in answering all my questions. I needed to have the chairs shipped to our Dept of Public Works, who could move them at their convenience to the permanent location. She also helped in determining which would be the best option for shipping. Also getting updates for Joclyn when items were being shipped an expected arrival was great.

The equipment, (60' tables) are excellent and served our needs well. The customer service was polite and fast when I needed a refund on a back order item. No hassel about the refund request. ,

Great product, excellent quality!

The two canopy's were exactly as described.
The logo for "Rock Creek Farm" an events venue in
a Historic restored barn from 1890's, was perfect!
I will be ordering some wine glasses soon!

We ordered all of our venue furniture thru them. We had a few damaged items due to such large shipments. However they replaced them quickly for us. Very responsive and willing to provide us the best method for shipping.

The products are fine. Its the lack of communication between shipping dept. & the sales dept. I ordered 250 chairs & 30 tables. I was told in February that the chairs would have to be back ordered but all the tables were inn. Not a problem. I was told that when the chairs arrived that it would all come out in one shipment in May. I received a call in my to set a delivery time. Then I received a call saying that there was a "discrepancy" in the shipping dept. and they only had 7 out of 30 tables. Then I was told that it would be another month until the rest of my tables would come. So much for any events I had planned.

Came quick. Product was excellent condition.I think you should give 24 - 48 hours because the UPS delivery need to hurry up and go to their next delivery. So you feel the pressure of rushing through everything. Other than that everything is wonderful. Yes I would recommend to others .

I ordered 50 chairs. They all arrived in great condition, and exactly when they were supposed to. Pricing on them was great as well. I was very pleased overall.

As a new wedding and event center it was crucial to have enough chairs to accommodate our guests. You all made it easy regarding your selection and to place the order so we could receive them just in time for our first event of the season. One table came broken and I did not get my replacement or the reimbursement. But you still have the best prices and I will order again.
