Oh sorry, guarantee delivery Fri 9 August. Request refund of delivery charges. Agreed. No delivery Fri 9 August. Ring to inquire. Phone number taken. No call back. Phone 1 hour later. Oh sorry transport issues. No delivery today . Raise complaint and still no refund on delivery charges. Now guaranteed delivery Monday 12 August. Offered refund of £45. Will never use this firm again. Incompetent. Wow despite assurances - not delivered Monday... Now guaranteed delivery Tuesday 12?

Easy to order. Helpful guy on collection.
Two small problems -
Called me the day after the order had arrived at the depot and a day later than I expected.
The order number I had was completely different to the order number he had at the depot so he couldn't find the information on his system, even when I gave the company name. Had to go into the store area and physically look for it.

Outstanding customer service, gorgeous tiles
CTD have a huge selection of high quality tiles but what makes buying from them such a pleasure is the team at the Nuffield Close branch! I could not have been happier with the service and advice we have received from each and every one of them. Nothing was too much trouble, they were incredibly patient with us when we kept coming back with more and more questions, and were extremely knowledgeable and experienced. I was kept up to date with all developments and our gorgeous tiles have safely arrived this morning. Very happy customer!

When you shop there, you feel that these people are taking your need to their hearts. Very attentive to the customers needs, very friendly, they will do an extra mile, just to feel you are supported through out your project.
They have the best selection of tiles and even if they don't have something in stock, they will make everything possible to deliver them.

Amazing service and expert knowledge
I can't praise more the service I received from CTD tiles, especially one of the reps Joshua Groener. He has been extremely professional and knowledgeable in many areas of the construction not only with the tiles and flooring, his advice helped me with speeding my project along. It is a shame that in the end due to Covid I couldn't finalise the order through, but his expert advice allowed me to complete my refurbishment on time. Thank you.
