EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE
A massive thank you to Sam at CTD Tiles Warrington. I contacted Sam last Friday and advised that our local CTD Tile shop has closed and we were short of tiles to finish our kitchen. I gave Sam the name of the tiles we required, she was straight on it and advised a delivery had come in to their shop in Warrington. She put aside the box of tiles we required and we collected the following day, driving from Huddersfield.
Sam was so helpful, informative, with a cheerful disposition. Thank you so much Sam for registering us on your system. CTD Warrington !! you have a wonderful employee who deserves recognition for her customer service. We will certainly use CTD again - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Originally went to the Warrington store who were extremely helpful. Also gave me a catalogue & told me I could get some free samples sent. Tiles delivered on chosen day, early & with a very helpful delivery driver. Can't fault service at all. Thanks!

I visited the CTD store at Warrington today and I was assisted by Craig.
Craig went above and beyond to help me to find a very particular size and shape of tile and also assisted me with my colour choice which I am very great full for.

Placed an order beginning of feb, arranged delivery march. Called to see if we could have slightly earlier delivery, this was sorted out quickly and have just received tiles 1 week later. I was kept updated on delivery time and drivers were polite and on time.

Kev was very helpful, spent a lot of his time helping to compare tiles and mosaics while I balanced small children. The tiles arrived promptly and I was given a call as soon as they were in, the manager Craig was also super helpful with the colour of the tiles and helping to load them into the car. Would definitely recommend

Ordering online straight forward. Delivery arrived in store fir collection sooner than expected m. Got a call from the store to confirm tiles ready for collection. Gentleman in the store very pleasant and also carried the tiles to my vehicle for me. Would definitely recommend this company to others.

Excellent service from all the team at Warrington including them making a special 300 mile round trip to Kings Langley to collect the last available box of tiles from a discontinued batch number, which we needed to complete our bathroom floor.

Went to CTD Tiles in Warrington but the tiles I wanted were not in stock The gentleman on the counter advised me that they were available at another store and could be ordered in . I ordered them online to pick up at Warrington. They arrived quickly and I was informed by phone The customer service was excellent. Staff polite,friendly and helpful.
