Charmaine and the CTM Events team were absolutely amazing from start to finish. Our wedding day ran so smoothly and stress free, and a huge part of that was down to their organisation, calmness and professionalism throughout the day.

Charmaine was attentive, reassuring and always one step ahead, which allowed us to fully enjoy our day without worrying about logistics. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble and she handled everything with such warmth and care.

On the last week of our mums funeral our hall decorator could not make it. I was given a number to call CMT Events Ltd to speak to Charmaine.
Straight away Charmaine put me at ease. She was extremely professional, accommodating and friendly. The price was within our budget also. They put my plans in action and even added details that I hadn't thought off. They arrived at the venue, set it up and it was so beautiful. Mum would have really loved what they did.

I had an absolutely amazing experience working with CTM Event while preparing for my wedding reception! From start to finish, their professionalism and dedication truly stood out.

The level of communication was exceptional every question I had was answered promptly and clearly. They were transparent about pricing and requirements, which made the entire planning process feel smooth and stress-free. There were no surprises, just clear expectations and thoughtful guidance every step of the way.

I chose to DIY many of my decorations because I had a very specific vision for the day, and the CTM Event team was incredibly accommodating and supportive. I was beyond impressed with CTM events. I had the honor of working alongside them at 4pb for our event last night and prior events. They're absolutely professional and hands on. They don't complain. They're practical to approach tasks such as taking over our cloak room even though it wasn't fully equipped or ready. They each work hard and efficient, I was beyond impressed with the team and enjoyed their friendliness. I couldn't recommend them more, and look forward to having them back for future events.

Amazing service, CTM Events LTD made my 50th Birthday party spectacular from the backdrop decorations to the welcome board sparklers and magic mirror. It all added such a great effect to the whole event and worth every penny I would definitely recommend them to anyone having an event as it will be one to remember.

I can't say enough good things about the servers provided by CTM Events Ltd at our birthday celebration. They were truly one of the highlights of the entire experience.
From the moment guests began arriving, the servers were warm, professional, and incredibly attentive. They managed everything with grace keeping drinks filled, clearing plates promptly, and always doing it with a smile. Their timing was impeccable, and they moved through the event with such ease and coordination that everything felt effortless.
What stood out most was their attitude, polite, friendly, and genuinely focused on making sure everyone felt taken care of. Several guests even commented on how courteous and helpful the staff were throughout the evening.
In a busy event setting, it's rare to see such seamless service, but this team nailed it. They were a huge part of what made the event feel polished and enjoyable.

I booked CTM Evnts for my 21st was an absolute dream from start to finish! Their attention to detail and creativity that exceeded all expectations. My birthday was perfectly coordinated, and they made the entire planning process stress free. I would highly recommend and would definitely book again!!

We booked CTM events to coordinate our wedding in September 2025. Charmaine and her team came with recommendation from our caterer who had worked with CTM events before on previous weddings. It was important for us to find a wedding coordinator who her experience managing large guest numbers, coordinating a Caribbean/African wedding and could be be the main contact for our dry hire venue.

From the moment we met Charmaine and her team we knew that it would be a good fit. Charmaine was knowledgeable about our wedding venue in North London and ahead of the wedding she liaised with our vendors to ensure that they were aware of the details for our wedding day.

Charmaine was always available to talk on the phone when we had questions and she made herself available to attend wedding rehearsal and meetings with the venue a couple of weeks before the wedding. Charmaine also scheduled regular meetings to ensure that we were up to date with sending her across necessary documents for the day, such as seating plan and event schedule.

On our wedding day, Charmaine went above and beyond to ensure that our wedding day went well without a hitch. Charmaine and Anifa worked with our vendors on the day to ensure that they kept to our event schedule and timings. From the MCs, photographers to the caterers, CTM events made sure that everyone was aware of their responsibilities.

We had over 190 guests servinv a family food service and Charmaine and the team ensure a smooth delivery of all dishes in a timely manner. In particular we appreciated that on the day of the wedding that CTM events were flexible to adapt to moving components on the day. Charmaine was firm but fair to family members and guests who had additional requests and she made sure that our wants were the priority.

We enjoyed our wedding day and found it so relaxing and I know a huge part of that is down to the coordination of CTM events.
