Tries to take £29.99 from my account every day, luckily my bank flagged it as a scam and blocked the payment. AVOID!

They said it was 0.10$ and the next day my bank said they tried to charge me for 49.90$ my card was locked cause I'm not stupid but still. Don't trust their image-pdf service or any other service they provide

Like the other reviews-It says you will be charged 10 cents and then charges $49.99. However-I cancelled immediately within 15 minutes after seeing how bad the “Oil Painting” was…And was still charged. Scam. Stay away.

Watch out take 10p then be4 you know it £49.90 is taken from your bank. I've reported it twice now.

They offer a cheap service upfront except in super small fine print that's it's only for 24 hours trial and they will charge you another 50$ after that. Stay away from this.

Il y a un premier paiement de 0.10€ et quelques jours plus tard un paiement automatique de 49.90€ sans votre autorisation. Lors du premier essai, aucune information n'est fournie du montant de l'abonnement, aucun message, aucun mail. Ce site Site est un piège et une arnaque. Fraud company m Initially charged me for 10p for a picture which i thought was okay and next day I got a msg from My credit card company asking if I recognise the transaction and that's when I saw the msg that they tried to strip me of 49.9£ .which i declined .
Stay away from them

The company is only interested in making a quick $50 by putting their 24-hour auto-subscription in small text. If the company was really interested in supporting a thriving userbase, they would be more explicit in their sign-up process, extend the trial period, and give users an interactive confirmation email. This is nothing but a cash grab.

Picmagic/ctool.ai is a SCAM. Tried it, believing it was only £0.10, then get a message from my bank saying that a payment of £49.90 was declined for this company. I didn't authorise anything other than original £0.10. Very misleading and naughty.

This is Saturday. I was told I would be only paying 10 Cents (on Friday) This morning I was charged $49.+ on my card.

There is no one to answer at their end to stop the "24 hours trick" !!! I'm actually crying (I am 90 yrs old). I'm so sick of being scammed - I'll lose this credit card also!

I also fell for the £0.10 scam. It DOES say, in bold, under the payment area, that you WILL be charged £49,90 if the subscription is not cancelled within 24 hours. But you don't realise you're subscibing becuase it does say that anywhere but in this small print. AWFUL business practice, but I am most disappointed in myself for falling for this. I should never have paid the £0.10.

FRAUDULENT
They charged my credit card .10 cents for a photo touch up and then tried charging $49.50 to my card twice, without me knowing it!
The bank declined both attempts because of suspicion of fraud, fortunately.

A bad experience. They tried to deduct £49.50 from my credit card also, on numerous occasions. My credit card company denied the transactions. I have notified this company that I intend to report them. AVOID.

I made a 10p (£) payment to enhance one image. suddenly a couple of hours later i was charged 49.90£ no email confirmation nothing. when i checked the ctools.ai account to see if i have actually subscribed, i had no subscribtions. as soon as i mailed them about the fraud the subscription of 49.90 miraculously appears. why would i pay 49.90 to subscribe to them when canva is far far cheaper and provide so much more services. OBVIOUS FRAUD. I HAVE REPORTED THEM TO ALL THE FRAUD BUREAUS IN THE UK. BEWARE OF COMPANIES LIKE THIS

This company are cheating fraudsters. They hoodwink dyslexic people like me who do not read all of their terms and conditions and then plunder your bank account! Buyer beware!

I was shocked how small the file got without any visible quality loss. Great for uploading to my website!

Worst! they deduct me after using their 1 peso scam, After that they would not refund, Horrible and nightmare!

Today I encountered a deduction in my account for the subscription in ctool.ai wherein I’m sure I’m not subscribed, amounting to 899 pesos. Last night I remembered they charge me 1 peso to access their link but then I make sure to unsubscribe. I reached them out thru email but the response is to unsubscribe my account, but there’s no account to unsubscribe because non of my accounts is subscribed, they don’t even attend to my request for refund 😔.
