CTS UK Ltd Reviews

I had a rush order with a very tight deadline, Anna was amazing from my first call, where she sorted everything for me right up to collection a day earlier than expected. Brilliant job and I can't thank Anna enough

CTS provide our organisation with a number of uniform items and always provide an A* service. Issey is competent and always goes over and above to provide us with what we need. The portal for ordering new stock is very quick and easy and is a great addition to their service.
Would highly recommend.

Unbeatable from CTS! Issey couldn't have been more helpful when ordering items, her customer service is unmatched. All queries/questions are responded to quickly and they provide a fantastic friendly service overall.

Lisa was a conscientious sales person who dealt with our order all the way through. Despite there being stock issues with an item, she found a suitable alternative and was transparent with how this affected our order. We received the products as expected, in a great time frame and will be using CTS UK again, using Lisa our point of contact.

1st class customer service (Lisa), very fast turnaround, very good quality work wear, absolutely no issues! I would highly recommend.

We have recently started to deal with CTS and all I can say is so far so good. We had a really short deadline to meet and they worked with us from literally a phone call discussing our needs to delivery of our products within 10 days. they listened to what we wanted cam up with ideas and then made it happen. What i liked best is the simplicity of dealing with these guys. We look forward to working with CTS and building a strong relationship.

Recently ordered a couple of personalised polo shirts; the quality and service was excellent. They came far sooner than anticipated. Highly recommend this company.

Brilliant, hands on service. Fast delivery and excellent quality printing. Would recommend

Fantastic service great response and Issey goes above and beyond to help get the right clothing and ensure the finish is how you want it … look no further

Issey made the Equithread experience fantastic. Efficient and friendly :)

We need several hoodies very urgently, mutliple sizes, colours, slogans and even brands and they all arrived 100% perfectly. They kept me informed along the way so I wasn't left hoping :)
I would definitely recommend and will use as my main supplier now

Issey is great. 5 ****** Service all round.

Wonderful service every time. Connor is professional and prompt with every order. Thank you CTS.

As a company we were looking for a rebrand of shopfloor/warehouse uniform. CTS were recommended to us and this proved to be very helpful. From first contact enquiry to the delivery of new uniforms was seamless. Jake McRobert came to see us for our requirements, within days he had a sample prepared with our company logo, after approval from our MD the order was placed and the turnaround was unbelievably quick, from placing the order to delivery was approx a week. we are now looking to use CTS for all our PPE needs.

Just wanted to let you know how impressed we all are with the gear, I can't explain how chuffed we are with all the stuff.

The experience from start to finish has been fantastic and the attention to detail throughout has been so good when checking designs etc. So happy we chose to go with you guys and we will definitely be placing a lot more orders with you guys in the future.

Thanks again so much for sorting this so quickly and to such a high quality! Absolutely buzzing!

Many thanks from all the boys at Lift!

Lisa made the experience brilliant, listened to what I wanted and offered suggestions,

Even managed to match the colour orange of my van to the jumper I ordered,

Will definitely be ordering again for all my winter gear
