Très bonne communication avec une personne de ce site. Prix très inférieur à celui pratiqué en France sur le même article. Livraison rapide dès sa sortie de fabrication (Kolser).Emballage soigné et solide. Très bon site avec apparemment un large choix d'articles.

Very disappointing experience with Cuchillería Albacete.

I ordered two knives, but the package arrived with only one inside. The tracking numbers provided were incorrect and did not work, which made the shipment impossible to follow. When I contacted customer service, they insisted both items were packed and repeatedly pushed responsibility onto the customer instead of resolving the issue.

I provided photos of the package as requested (which even shows a gap in the box), yet the company will not resolve the issue of the missing knife

I should have listened to the many negative reviews about Cuchillería Albacete before ordering.

Proceed with caution.

No compres, no tienen stock del producto y no contestan emails. Estaras esperando tu producto vete a saber hasta cuando y con absoluto silencio por su parte.

Only complaint is for the really bad UI design of the website, but I asked any question I had to the information email and they answered really fast.

Une catastrophe, j'ai attendu mon couteau quasiment 6 mois(Rip le cadeau d'anniversaire), je n'ai reçu aucun mot d'excuse, ou geste commercial, et en plus de ça, la corne n'est absolument pas harmonisée, j'ai un morceau très foncé, collé a un morceau quasi blanc avec une texture complétement différente. Je vais donc devoir refaire la poignée, car la ça fait vraiment bizarre. Pour un couteau affiché a 450 euro, c'est un parfait scandale.

I ordered again in August 2023: Ordered on 15.08.2023. Payment confirmed on 17.08.2023. Order shipped on 28.08.2023. Order arrived a few days later in germany.
i ordered a rarly knife, i can not find it anywhere else in the internet. So a few days waiting ist okay.
I am very happy with the order and i will order again soon.

Ho ricevuto il coltello che vedi nella foto. E' inaccettabile che vendano e spediscano un coltello con il manico in queste condizioni, come potete vedere dalla foto, questa parte del manico è piena di schegge di corno che si stanno staccando, è un comportamento vergognoso, l'ho pagato io ?
Non è il mio primo coltello con manico in corno, ne ho più di 100, colleziono coltelli di questo tipo, un'azienda grande come la vostra che vende cose in queste condizioni orrende è un peccato, l'errore è vostro, i miei soldi sono buoni ? Sì, certo che sono buoni, perché il coltello non va bene? Voglio che tu mi faccia una proposta MOLTO interessante per risolvere il problema perché ti assicuro che invierò 1000 o più recensioni sui siti per spiegarti come funziona.
Sto aspettando una soluzione proposta che non richieda tempo o denaro aggiuntivi.

I bought an air rifle 2 weeks ago they got the money and after 2 weeks of calling the shop and sending mails no one answered to inform me on what’s going on with the product if the answer any of my calls I cancel my order

Never again these guys are scammere buyer beware the site looks really good good prices but its a scam half the staff is not even in stock then they will send you half your order the other half you won't get lm still waiting for my knife almost 2 month's now they ignore your emails and messages you have been warned buyer.

I got an expensive knife from them and it was damaged in several parts (5 to be precise). Even the sharp line was visibly damages, it looks like someone hit something very hard with it before boxing it for me. I would never buy from them again.

I ordered a Italian Falchion Sword as a present to complete a collection on 12 December 2020
I knew it was out of production and these people where the only ones who had stock.
Ordered, paid and waited.

I wrote numerous mails the next few weeks. In German and English. Sometimes I got an answer to be patient, sometimes I was ignored.

Then I was promised a delivery end of January.
Nothing.
By end of February I wrote again, twice and got ignored.
Then again and I was told on 2. March 2021, two and a half months later, the manufacturer is having a problem, I will get a refund, which I did, and they will inform me when manufacturer will make them again.

I was under the impression, if a company puts an item up for sale on their website, that they carry stock.
Apparently not.
This also happened to me with a German seller of Medevil swords.

It seems to be the new norm in Europe to advertise, sell, take the money and then only see if they can get stock.

To ad insult to injury, the sword in question is still advertised on their website with delivery time of 1-2 months. Really????

I am horrified. No wonder the European economy is going down the drain.

I can get hand forged swords quicker from Pakistan and China with Shipping, then within Europe.

So guess, where my loyalty will lie from now on.
Sorry Europe, but it is your own doing and your own fault.
