Call it a refugee camp. Dump. Mo one follows the rules and standards. Occupants act like they are home alone. Must be removed from hastel listings.

If you want to sell your items through this company think again. Absolutely bad communication and really low valuations. Too much to write but don't want to relive the experience.

My Burberry coat was received by Cudoni in 2020 - this was confirmed via email. However, Cudoni do not leave the product listed and subsequently it has been missing without any payment or acknowledgment.
NEVER use Cudoni. This is amountable to theft. If you want payment, do not use

I sold a jacket and didn't like their very low valuation in April. They assured me I would get my jacket back within two weeks, which then got extended to a month because their business was closing.

Fast forward a few emails back and forth, they have now said they have lost my jacket and are willing to pay me LOWER than their initial valuation which I declined in the first place.

They stole my jacket during this last ditch effort to make any sort of money.

My shoes arrived beautifully packaged and just as described. What a shame Cudoni is having to close ☹️

It is been very easy to search through your website.
The items I bought from you were exactly as described and received when expected.
I think you also do a great thing encouraging people re-using perfectly fine items, that otherwise will be either kept in a wardrobe or eventually dumped.
It is a shame to see you go out of business.

Very poor experience with Cudoni. Very basic descriptions that leave a lot to guess. Extremely expensive delivery fees and returns charged at £7 - guaranteed you will need to return something as the descriptions are not detailed enough. Very unhelpful customer support- unwilling to provide additional information like measurements etc. Photo quality not allowing to see the details well. Website interface poor- voucher/discount codes I was provided didn't work - after contacting the agent- not willing to rectify this. Unfriendly and no respect for the customer. One of the items I received had a hole and I was willing to repair but they only offered £5 discount! This site will not survive with such poor customer care.

Basically robbed my item

Sent item in, to be told they was sending my item back. In the meantime I have received 4 emails asking me to confirm address which I have done and it doesn’t work. I then tried calling them to listen to a message to say they are now closed!!!

Received some of my items back today but there are items missing I sent jewellery and I was told that they did not know it was sent but they have returned items it was sent with so I have sent the tracking etc which states who signed for it if not returned want paying for the items missing only they say everything is insured waiting for an update but nothing has of yet otherwise will have to get a solicitor involved or whoever signed needs to find it
