Great support team
Order a shirt that was shipped to a wrong address by Royal Mail. They returned it but most likely got lost in the process. Contacted their support team and after some time of waiting for the parcel to come back, they decided it has been too long. They shipped the same player shirt which we agreed on and received a bonus giftcode for the troubles as well. Very responsive and easy to communicate with.
