Poor conduct male head pharmacist stopped my perception still valid sent ambulances multiple times to my home. When I needed them emergency services putting phone down on me blocked my phone when I was bleeding heavily internally no help please be careful they seem nice only to pull the rug from under you oh yeah I forgot the pipe though my stomach bag on leg doesn't disappear funnily enough neither does my wheelchair really let down and disappointed wouldn't recommend gaslighting me is horrible

Reported the pod Monday, now Friday they have taken the money off me for a replacement and still have not sent it. I asked for an update at 9am today and now they have closed at 17:30 without even bothering to reply

So ive decided that everytime CL take over 3 days to dispatch something thats apparently in stock im going to come here and leave a 1 star review. Their 10 day lead time is ridiculous, they just hide behind policy and cut and paste replies.
When I joined CL dispatch was max of 2 days every single time, now its 6 days and even 10 days in some instances. They also dont let you order it until its due, so I have to wait a month and then 10 days for them to dispatch it once I order it, then 2 days delivery..... That's 42 days between prescriptions 😂😂 and they see that as acceptable.

Since the 10th June 2026, I've been waiting for my medical cannabis oil.
I have had to call the pharmacy almost every day, chasing up where my medicine is.
I've been told it's been manufactured and they're still waiting for my prescription.
This is diabolical and I have been left dealing with even more chronic pain and no pain relief.
Maybe it would be a better idea if they changed supplier, if this is the service we can expect in the future.
The pharmacy staff have been helpful, though

Tragic experience, do not bother with this company unless you want to keep suffering from your condition whilst they hold your money.
The only time the pharmacy was able to dispense the requested medicine in time (without a 1-2 week delay MINIMUM) was the very first time I ordered from them. Every, single, subsequent order has been more and more delayed despite continuous complaints.
They are completely incapable of keeping track of orders and I’ve had to contact the clinic multiple times to ensure my orders were actually in the systems and/or in the process of delivery with Royal Mail.

Genuinely amazing experience. My first clinic was Releaf and they were ridiculously expensive (£120 for 10g) plus postage. Curaleaf has been half the price for me! My first prescription was Lavender Cake which was excellent. All the Doctors have been very attentive and supportive. Just received my next prescription of Tripoli and the freshness of the flower is perfect. Overall easy going, amazing prices, oh and my delivery this week took 48 hours! Very pleased!
