Nightmare

Nightmare! This whole migration is a complete disaster. The set up is way more complicated than it needs to be. The items are not populating. It would print the first 2 days, now just code shows up. We have tried several different browsers, computers and 2 different printers. The same code shows up at the top row of an empty page. Nothing else will print. It is just a blank sheet, with symbols at the top. We have had to hand write all of our recipes and timelines. They have an AI chatbot that is not working. You follow the instructions and the items you add are not saving. I can't get a human and they are just making excuses. I have lost so many man hours trying to get this thing working smack dab in the middle of wedding season. I can't get new estimates out because there are properties such as 15% fee that will not show up or populate in the line items. I don't know who gave them a good review on this, but it must be fake. I have used this system for years and they basically just lost a client. They attempted to get caterers and venues for more money and now they have alienated the entire floral design community. I will be going to another floral software company that understands their clients

Hey Michelle, thanks for the reply. Have you reached out to chat or our support email? You can ask the ai chatbot to send you to a human right away if you'd like. I'm not sure which Michelle you are or we'd personally reach out to help. We have set up trainings for every customer who has migrated and have a special training link for those who ask. Not everyone makes it to those meetings but we'd be glad to do another one if your timing was bad. Everything you mentioned (% line items, recipes, etc.) are all working as expected on the new interface as thousands of other florists are using them currently but we'd be glad to look at your migrated data to make sure everything came over correctly. We have seen issues with unique data coming over not populating correctly.

We totally agree with you on the timing being bad (the middle of the season). We've been running migrations since 2024 and for those who opted to wait, it ended up being more abrupt than we hoped. The classic system was built using some tools over a decade ago that have gone out of business or are deprecating. Literally in September there are some tools that are failing to work. We're sorry for the headache on the timing. We appreciate you taking time to leave us a review and would like to work to make it better.

Disastrous Migration Experience

After being a loyal customer for years, Curate has recently forced all clients (including us) into a new platform that was not ready for mass-migration as it does not function properly. They chose to do this during the height of the wedding season. Customer service has been terrible — very slow to respond if they respond at all. Our team has invested countless hours trying to repair issues in our client proposals which did not migrate correctly from the old system. This is a massive amount of extra work that we have absolutely no time for. Our entire team is now working double-overtime just to keep our heads above water and ensure that we can produce our clients’ events. A total nightmare.

We had a situation where some of the tools we used to build our classic system (a decade ago) were no longer functioning and we were getting alerts they were shutting down on us in September - which would have been a worse case situation since many people are in the middle of their busy season. Migrations definitely have headaches but we wanted to make sure that nobody lost access. We've been migrating customers for over a year and a half and honestly probably should have pushed harder earlier. The group migrations did put a strain on our team. We doubled our customer support team earlier this year in preparation but our customer chats tripled. So we appreciate your patience if the live human chat or the AI bot weren't getting answers quickly enough.

We've also put out a few surveys to get feedback from migrated customers about their top priorities in the new interface so that our team can continue to partner with you. We'd love it if you could leave feedback there as well to make sure we're prioritizing the right things.

Terrible service

Terrible service. Make you wait after taking your money. Send emails and don’t reply back for over a week. Paid loads of money over the months and that’s what you get in return. . They have recently said they would give 40% off next order but conveniently the code didn’t work so emailed them about two weeks ago to say the code didn’t work and need a new one and not heard anything back. Seems they are waiting for the 1st of September to provide the new code as obviously the prices are going sky high now well no longer be purchasing from curate.

Amazing update to the program

I have been using the curate program for years, and wanted to take a moment to tell you how much i LOVE the new version. I love some of the new functions like the ability to bulk change items in numerous arrangements, the draft and possibilities options, and the fact that the items recently used will be at the top of my products when I am creating recipes. FABULOUS job on the redesign! Just makes things quicker and easier for me! Thank you so much!

Curate is a wonderful program and tool

Curate is a wonderful program and tool! It helps to have all of your documents (proposals, contracts, mood board, recipes) in one place. It is very aesthetically pleasing to clients with the mood board on the first page and easy to read. If I ever had a question, the Curate team was very quick and eager to help me.

This is a great product

I used curate for around 7 years and I can happily recommend the software, customer service and experience in general. I have only cancelled as I no longer service events. I know so many florists who would be lost without the product and if you are working in events I would suggest you try it out for yourself!

The Best Floral Software in the Business

I have used Curate since the beginning. I don't think I will ever use another system for our event floral business. We could not be as efficient as we are without it. The customization of the layouts on the proposals are just enough to draw in the client with out being overly complicated. The backend UI is amazing, and the new customizations they have been adding helps us to be more efficient. The customer service team is amazing and very responsive.

We have used Curate for the past three years...

We have used Curate for the past several years. It is an excellent software. Curate allowed us to move from a start-up event | and floral design company, to an established one. We were able to utilize their backend for floral counts and recipes, as well, as their front end to generate professional proposals. Providing our team, and clients with an excellent experience .
