Item received but sent about 3 weeks to early, sensors don’t run out for nearly a month concerned

Very easy to order and quick delivery,I got the higher mg as the one I was one didn't work for me at all now the higher mg isn't working either if anything it's giving me a stronger appetite which I certainly don't want while hoping to lose weight. I will see if I can get a higher mg on my next order and see if it makes any difference. (Mounjaro injection)

Really bad costumer service, waiting since May for my refund so is 3 months now. Totally ignored me and I have to do through the bank but still waiting.

Verification not accepted, did it 2nd time over whatsapp, not responded to until I messaged again. Yet to receive tracking details. Requested tracking details but received this review link instead.

I have had nothing less than a great experience with Cured, had a 6 month FaceTime review with a pharmacist and at a convenient time for myself. Weight loss steady while remaining on the 7.5 dose for about 3 months now, no push to move up to more costly dose and reassurance that I’m doing the right thing.

THIS COMPANY ASKED FOR MY NI DETAILS AND DRIVING LICENCE. AS WELL AS WANTING TO SEE MY DOCTOR'S RECORDS !!!

I've tried a few other online pharmacy's and this one is the best. The customer service/ reply times were like texting a friend and the process for submitting information was easier than most.

I cancelled my subscription immediately after my first purchase, yet I was charged again the following month.

I contacted the company by email straight away to cancel the order and request a refund, but I received no response. I then sent a follow-up email a week later, and I am still waiting for a reply.

The lack of communication is extremely disappointing and gives the impression that customer emails are being deliberately ignored to avoid dealing with cancellations and refunds. I would expect a company handling recurring subscriptions to provide much better customer service and respond promptly to genuine concerns.

Order was easy to place and was delivered quickly however it has been a hassle to get a copy of the prescription. I keep getting told the pharmacist is reviewing and approving when it had already been dispensed. I still don't have a copy. Very odd.
