If I could give Curran and Co 10 stars then I would. I had the best possible experience with Blair at a time when everything felt pretty overwhelming. He made a stressful part of my life so much easier by being so hard working, efficient, professional and super knowledgeable. On top of this he was empathetic, thoughtful, kind and hugely generous with his time. He values having excellent one to one relationships with his clients and it really shows because he gets results! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for the best possible selling and/or buying experience.

As a first time buyer, I would highly recommend Curran & Co. Surveyors. Sheryl was eager to help and came across really genuine.

I received several quotes for a survey, and Curran & Co was priced competitively. In the email from Sheryl, there was a link to a dashboard to provide more insight to the property, which I found helpful. I also liked the way that an example survey was sent via the email to show what to expect and how a survey should look like.

Sheryl provided me dates on which the survey was booked in for and gave me updates. This allowed me to track the progress. The survey was then sent out to me a couple of days later.

Having used another surveyor for a different property that fell through, gave me something to compare to. The survey by Sheryl was more detailed and helpful, by providing more recommendations and reasons for them. My previous survey carried out by another seemed to had more caveats and was missing key information which Sheryl provided.

If I require any more future surveys, I have no doubt that I would use Curran & Co Surveyors again.

From the moment I made contact with Sheryl Curran, I was impressed. The Level 2 survey I requested was comprehensive, promptly delivered and competitively priced (I did shop around). However, what stood out most of all was Sheryl's proactiveness and willingness to help. I was very impressed!

A friend recommended Sheryl for a Level 3 report. She took over the arranging, delivered a comprehensive and thorough report within 2 days of inspection, and invited me to chat through anything when I had read it. We spoke for over 30 minutes and she went through everything I wanted clarification on - she gives sensible, pragmatic and holistic advice, is thoroughly trustworthy and decent, and really knows her stuff. She has many years' experience and I would not hesitate to recommend her.

Curran & Co came highly recommended to us from a friend and we are very glad we used them! We are first time buyers and Sheryl was wonderful in guiding us through all of the terminology, expected timeline for our Survey results and any other queries we asked along the way. All communication was prompt and clear, the survey was in-depth and has helped us greatly with the buying process. I used a comparison site to find a surveyor and was inundated with potential prospects. However, Sheryl's email stood out like a diamond in the rough. It was personable and included preliminary research on the property. This was in stark contrast to the other generic, lacklustre responses.

Sheryl reviewed the property quickly and gave us an extremely detailed (Level 3) report. She was then available to talk through the report and gave additional, practical information that has been vital in helping secure the house and repairs needed.

The team at Curran & Co are personable, committed and affordable. If you need a survey in Liverpool you won't find better.

Sheryl carried out a RICS Level 3 Survey for us earlier this month. She was extremely communicative and kept us updated throughout the process. We had a call with her before the survey to discuss any particular issues or areas that we were concerned about. And, once we had the report in hand, she took the time to go through it with us in detail. The findings and images in the report have already proved really useful when carrying out further investigative work and we feel much more informed in taking the next steps. Sheryl is professional, considerate and efficient and we would wholeheartedly recommend her to other prospective buyers.

Would highly recommend Sheryl at Curran surveyors from first contact she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and gave us some really useful tips ,we had a RICS level 3 survey carried out and after completion we recieved a very comprehensive report within a couple of days .

We have had two surveys carried out on properties by Sheryl and each time we have been extremely happy with the level of service. Her reports are clear and concise yet detailed and easy to comprehend.

The best part of the service is Sheryl's extremely approachable manner. She is professional but friendly and takes time to explain things thoroughly after the survey has been carried out. Sheryl says that she likes to speak to her clients as if they were friends or family and in our experience we can only agree.

Sheryl really took the time to survey the house to an exceptional detail. She's focused on doing the job right, not how many surveys can she do in a day.

The level of detail on the survey in a comprehensive yet easy to understand report was completely outstanding - she has made the process of understanding the house's condition a breeze

Everything was so very efficient with the minimum of fuss. An extremely detailed report which was more than I expected for a very reasonable price. I will recommend Curran and Co whenever I get the opportunity.

Sheryl was really helpful and professional the entire process. The survey was conducted at the earliest opportunity and was really thorough and the report was delivered to us quickly afterwards even earlier than advised. Calling afterwards Sheryl explained what everything meant and made sure we understood the process. I would definitely recommend Curran & Co.
