After a mix up with the wrong size curtains sent to me I couldn’t be more pleased . A wonderful lady by the name of Vicky was very quick to remedy my problem. The new curtains were delivered very quickly and the wrong ones returned free of charge .

Ordered a tension rod to make a Christmas display. Arrived in about 4 days and is good quality. Looks great.

Excellent product and excellent delivery

Order was easy to raise and progressed quickly from Curtains at Home side. The delay came from delivery by Parcel Force. Order was placed on 29th November and delivered on 9th December. Appreciate coming up to a busy time of year but it took a few phone calls and emails to get a clear picture of what was happening. I have to say staff involved on behalf of Curtains At Home worked hard to get the item delivered.

I ordered 2 Roman blinds and curtains to match. I honestly couldn't be happier with my order. I received emails with updates on my items and delivery.
One of the Roman blinds I ordered I made a mistake with the size, I contacted curtains at home once I released and she assured me that she would update the order with the correct size, when the items come they were exactly what I ordered.

I was immediately texted by Vicky on the Friday who let me know my item was out of stock and asked if I'd like to replace it with a different colour similar one. She then updated my order. On Monday, I texted to check on my order as it looked like it was yet to be given to Royal Mail and Vicky updated me as to a change in courier and updated my order to reflect that. I was able to track it as it made its way to me on that same Monday.
