I found this website by accident when looking for a kitchen blind. I like the fact that you could chose the fabric and see what it would look like on their web site before going ahead with an order. I ordered a sample of the material before placing the order, sample arrive within 2 working days. I was then able to order the blind and that arrived within 10 working days but it was over the Christmas period that I placed the ordered. Service was excellent and the blind finishes of my new kitchen design.

Website easy to use, great prices and choice, blinds very easy to fit.the blinds are a quality product and were delivered very quickly, I would definitely recommend.

Whole experience was a positive one. The website was pretty straight forward. Samples arrived quickly and then when we ordered, the blinds arrived quickly too. Relatively simple to install with a bit of DIY knowledge. One of them didn't have the little safety plastic loop to hold the chain in place but didn't bother chasing up since it didn't matter for us.

Very happy with our purchase. It was fairly easy to install on my own and they look great. Lost out on one star as they don't really let you know when your order is on it's way.

Never had vertical blinds before so was excellent being able to order free samples first. Very pleased with choice available, easy to follow web-site and ordered for bedroom and bathroom. Both excellent quality at a price no-one local could match. Already had friends asking for company name to order from. Only surprise was the blinds were delivered separately by two different couriers. Would certainly use again and have no qualms in recommending.

I've been ordering from them for more than a year now and to date i've only ever had 1 blind that had a factory fault.

I sent them a photo and explained the problem and without and hassle they sent a replacement blind and even gave me a credit for the inconvenience.

The staff is always friendly and very helpful and they always get back with a speedy reply. So far i cant fault them and i will continue using them and referring them to everyone in need or blinds.

Bought 5 units. 4 of them was perfect the blind build quality was good but the 5th blind was of poor quality build this was realised after fitting. These are machine built so be weary when you get your blinds and do check them carefully. Couldn't be asked to ask for a replacement as the company would have done respectfully. But over all very good have purchased from them several times. Will definitely buy again from them.

I was thrilled with my blinds. They we're despatched in a week as promised and were so easy to put up. I have already placed another order.

The blind took over two weeks to come and we heard nothing in that time after the initial order confirmation email, so we were getting a bit worried about the process.
But they were worth waiting for.

quality and finish of the delivered product is of a very high standard, however it is always disappointing when a clear description appears on your order and delivery note and it isn't then carried out.
We had asked for the silver coloured chain arrangement and got delivered the standard white version, not a major issue but is a bit sloppy!
I also think an update could be given on the expected delivery date as from ordering on the web the first we heard was carrier looking to deliver which i had to re-arrange for a depot collection as we weren't going to be in.
Small details but would have enhanced the purchasing experience.
would recommend and will re-visit to purchase such is the quality.

I thought that being the blinds were cheaper than others they wouldn't be as good. They are very good quality and look really nice. My son fixed them up and he is by no means a DIY person but they went up really easily. Thankyou

This is the second purchase we have had from Curtains Blinds, last year we ordered wooden blinds for our 2 kitchen windows, and now we have ordered wooden blinds for our hall and landing windows. It is so helpful that they send you samples, and the service is excellent. You are kept update by email and delivery is as promised.
