AVOID!!! I have purchased from them before and it went well. The quality for the price is great. However, I just tried to purchase five pairs of the same set of curtains I had previously sent but only got one. I went through many rounds of conversation and had to dispute it with PayPal. They told me that when you select 5 on their website, which is very clearly selecting 5 pairs you are actually only selecting 5 meters - TOTAL INSANITY. I just paid nearly $500 for one pair of curtains that I had previously only paid $100 for.

I ordered from curtainland twice once in 2021 and now in 2023. They have great customer service and support center. The curtains looks exactly how it shows on their websites. I love the products they have sent me. I will use Curtainsland over and over.

Curtains are great. Good quality. Just took a while to receive them.

A scam, very poor quality, completely different in the picture, the curtains are like made of plastic.

Please please please people stop buying from this website. They are not honest people. I made an order from this website when I received the curtains they are completely different and so basic. Plus they sent me a cheap quality. Since it is their mistake, I asked to return the curtains and get my refund all they kept on saying they need to confirm with their colleagues. They’re not even care about people money. Be careful what they are showing on the website isn’t what they are selling. They are scammers.

Buyer Beware: The worst customer service experience i have ever had. Purchased curtains that don’t apear the same as in the photos…. Returns are not honored and the offered 5%, then 10%, then 25% to keep wjägat i don’t want. They cited expensive shipping return fees as the reason. When i asked how much to return they said check USPD for pricing to China with bo other information. Sticking with Amazon in the future

I just received my order and am very disappointed at the color mismatch the website color is mustard yellow and grey but I got bright yellow and grey which doesn’t go with my room I tried to email my complaint but they are not willing to fix the problem I would never buy anything from this site absolutely cheats people by advertising something and sending something elst

As stated, this business is located in China. It will take longer to receive your order, and if you are not satisfied for any reason, you WILL NOT get a refund, but instead will be subjected to participate in negotiations, such as the following:
"So sorry that you are not satisfied with the item.
As our return policy, you need to pay for the shipping fee of item return if you want to return it. And the expense is quite high. For your dissatisfaction, we can refund 20% of the item price to you. Will you consider keeping this item?"

Ordered from Curtainsland a little over three weeks ago and the curtains arrived mid-way through last week. Like Zuzana below, I forgot to check the reviews before ordering and I was worried. Even more so when there was no confirmation email.

They were exactly as they looked on the photos, I'm really happy with them. The emails from Curtainsland about order confirmation, dispatch and eventual arrival via Royal Mail were all going into my Junk mail filter so I wasn't seeing them. Tracking was provided and they explain the process of dispatch and customs really clearly.

This is a massive improvement on what other people were experiencing and I would be happy to use Curtainsland again if they keep this level of service up!

Good customer service when I reached out about an issue with my product.

The delivery of my order did take quite some time to recieve it. As with anything being shipped it takes a little more time to get to you. I am very satisfied with my curtains! They look just like the picture and fit as expected by my measurements.

I just received the order that took forever to get to me. I order the wrong size and they are refusing to let me return the order. This is what they emailed me “ Very sorry for not meeting your satisfaction.
Normally, we do not provide return service if we send the correct item.” So if you make a mistake, you are stuck with the order. What kind of business does that. It doesn’t say anything on their return policy that they will not accept the return if you make a mistake. I have never experienced anything like this before.

Absolutely disgusting 🤮 terrible quality dull colors with what looks to be black spots on the items. Cosyland and Curtainland are one in the same. They have the greatest of doctored photos ever! I’m so angry I could spit!!

I have ordered curtains and for some reason I didn't look for a reviews, a did afterwords and a was really scared after reading everything.
I have placed the order on 22.7 and got it delivered today 2.8. . Curtains are EXACTLY LIKE ON THE PICTURES. And I mean it. So adorable for our nursery. So so so pleased with this company, people often don't share good experience but only the bad one that's why I think this company has low ratings.
I would not hesitate to order, super happy with it.

The curtains took over a month to arrive even when I paid expedited shipping, and I have to pinch pleat them myself which means the dimensions given no long work because you lose almost 1/2 the width when you pleat them.

I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of Curtains. Chat support always answered right away in regards to my concerns. Shipping took a minute even with paying extra, they were shipped overseas to the USA. Very pleased with two matching 3D window curtains & a matching patio-door curtain. I would recommend.
I have to add. This was a gift for my father & let me tell ya, he’s picky about quality & he loves his curtains.

Do not order from this company. Its from China and their customer service is really bad. I ordered curtains in the beginning of March 2022, i still have not received them. Tracking that they provide is not updated so thats no use. I have sent so many emails and all they reply with is they have been sent.

DO NOT USE - SCAM.
After 8 weeks I have still not received my order and there is no tracking available. After repeatedly chasing this all I have received is the same generic message about delayed shipping. Emails are poorly worded with spelling mistakes which further evidences the legitimacy of this company. Pls do not make the same mistake as me unless you want to be caught up in an endless stream of emails fobbing you off with no resolution.
