If i could give a negative stars I would. I placed my order on January 3rd and it is now March 24th. I have tried calling to get a status update since the site has not updated my status at all but but keep getting "the phone number could not be completed as dialed" phone number does not work. I have also tried emailing them multiple times and silence. Is this company even real?! STAY AWAY

These bras are AWFUL. 0 support, breasts literally fall out, and make your breasts look mis-shaped. Straps fall down. Took 2 months to ship. DO NOT BUY

I hated the bra and wanted to return it. They offered 20.00 back and I still said no. Now they say I have to pay to return the item. Its a scam. Made in and shipped from CHINA

OMG!!!!! I read the reviews on trust pilot and saw so many negative ones but I keep seeing the ads for the bras that are supposedly sold on their website and they look so good. All the influencers that are sharing them looks to have perfect bras and not experience anything like the bad reviews say and I still so desperately wanted to try them because they look so good and I thought to myself, how can they keep advertising if this isn’t their content? Well TODAY THEY HAVE BEEN CAUGHT!!!! I noticed the girl who is the most popular in their advertising putting on each bra from the back and I saw the TAG!!!!! The brand is OEAK SOLD ON AMAZON!!!!!!!!! This company is a complete fraud as you can imagine most of these companies are and they are selling you something that isn’t theirs which is why you get such crappy product!!!!!!! I am so grateful to be able to purchase the actual legit product now!!

Don't buy this bra their advertising is fake. I bought two different colors and they arrived after almost 1 1/2 months later. It wasn't even the same bra it felt like a dollar general bra no disrespect to dollar general. Don't waste your time and money

Ordered my products nearly 2 months ago. I have emailed them asking where my order is, no reply. Then today I get an email asking if I’m happy with my purchase….id like to even receive it first!
I guessing its gonna be a fight to get a refund too 😡

Terrible. I always read reviews- and I am so annoyed at myself for not reading this companies. The customer service is probably the worst h have EVER experienced. Delivery took weeks and weeks. And when the bras areived- they are made of the cheapest flimsiest materials I’ve ever tried on my body.

I have emailed over 5 times requesting a refund. And not one single reply. Shocking that they are still allowed to operate like this and taking innocent people’s well earned money.

Will continue emailing daily for my refund. As it wasn’t worth 40p never mind £40!

Zero stars..definitely a scam . Do not order from them .. it took forever to receive product and then it was the wrong size … I have sent 8 emails wirh no response. I will always look up reviews before I ever order again from an online store.

I gave them 1 star because it wouldn't let me pass unless I clicked something. I ordered 2 jelly bras. It took 5 weeks to receive them and when I did, the order was wrong. I ordered 2 M and received 1 M and 1 XL! I emailed twice to request a refund and have never received a response. I called the number and it's out of service. I guess I've been "got" but this is really upsetting. I don't have expendable income and it is a shame that they are criminals. Do not buy from Curvevera! They weren't even that cheap, but I should've purchased from somewhere else. What a shame! BAD COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!

I placed an order and immediately after I realized I entered the wrong delivery address. I then immediately contacted their customer service by email and they indicated that they would do it but that it “takes some time” to get it corrected and that I should wait a moment. Seemed like weird language to me. Wait a moment? After two weeks and no word and no package I tried to contact them again but this time by phone. Surprise surprise - their customer service phone number isn’t working! Of course after reading all of these reviews it is clear I wouldn’t have liked the product anyway. What a waste of time and money. And I should have done more homework before.

Wrong size, poor quality and item is not as advertised. I can tear the product with my hands.
They do not follow their own terms and policies.
No communication when trying to return following their specific instructions.
Return policies have changed between receiving product and now.

They do not answer their support on how to return items as they ask us to submit to them.

Also their items do NOT fit as per their sizes

I bought two bras from this scam. First, the tracking kept sending it to CA for some reason. After 6 weeks of this mess, something is delivered. They sent me a pile of painter's tape. Couldn't be any scammier! My bank got my money back tho

I ordered two bras from Curvevera just over a month ago and still not received them! I have tried to contact them more than once and never had a response! I spent £40 too! Absolutely disgusting service! Totally deserves a one star!

If I could give this company a zero I would. Never received my order. I’ve been emailing this company for days and never received any response back from them. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE FRAUDULENT!!!

My partner ordered me some of these bras, which in the beginning were great, but 1 got a hole in within 1 use, then the other one is bigger, so a little loose. I had already ordered more as I was happy when I 1st tried on and so comfy. The 2nd order is terrible. They are alot smaller, the band, cup and straps. I cannot wear them, and have emailed for return, but waiting for a response.

If I could score lower than a 1 star rating, I definitely would! The bra does the complete opposite to what it advertises! It’s atrocious!
I’ve got loads of spillage there’s no back support like it suggests, and the material of the bra itself is like paper!

And I forgot to mention it took over a month to bloody arrive! Stick to local reputable brands do not purchase off this company it’s a scam!!

I’d give ZERO stars if I could. Worst experience buying online. Period. Wrong items sent after waiting almost a month for the items. Can’t get in touch with them via phone or email. And because they sent it from a bullshit address in LA, and you have to return to dispute with VISA, yeah. Getting your money back will be a pain. Best of luck.
