It took over a month to get the product. The slippers are medium quality and much too small. I have repeatedly requested a Return Authorization code because returns are not accepted without one. There had been no response to emails and phone calls.

This site is not legit. I did not receive a confirmation number. When I tried to reach out the phone number went to a voice mail. Tried emailing three different times and nothing. Thankfully purchased with paypal and received my refund from them.

Buyer beware! BBB needs to get involved immediately and shut this so called company down! I Placed an order two weeks ago for my niece and nothing delivered. You try to track the order as they explained and it doesn’t allow you to do so. It only gives you a receipt of purchase. Live and learn that’s for sure! Emailed them 3 times. No response. Their phone# is an automated vm.

Never order from this company

I received my order but wished to return because look and fit was not quite what I wanted. They use something called the "Premier Trust Store" for returns - you have to send an email explaining why you wish to return. I have only received a single communication from them saying they are "reviewing my request." No further response to emails and the number on the Cushie Cushion Support page just gives an answering machine. I don't think I'm going to get anywhere. I would avoid CushieCushion.

So I ordered a pair of slippers now I ordered them the beginning of January and here it is February 4 and haven’t heard anything about where they are or where my $50 is.

They never shipped my order. It's probably a scam

I don't know where this company is located but I was charged an international fee almost immediately. I haven't received any updates about my order and it's been 2 weeks since I ordered.

This company is a scam. When I first ordered a pair of slippers I accidentally got the wrong size. After several emails and a call (to a number that is disconnected) I contacted PayPal to refund my money. Before any item got shipped, I got about 50 emails telling me to “add to my order before it ships.” Huge red flag. About a month later, apparently my order was being delivered but got returned to sender. Do not do not do not waste your time or money.

I have 2 orders pending. Neither has been delivered. I get daily updates that says they are sitting in the post office waiting for a slip. It has been a week now. I email them, no response. I call and it's just a voice mail. Ugh!!

Never again will I order have not gotten order yet ,poor customer service,even more disappointed because I saw these items on the today show, I guess they do not check there info

This company acts like a scam artist. I received the product with no problem, however I did not like it at all. I contacted them right away to see about returning it, per their online instructions. That was 2 weeks ago and I haven't gotten a single reply, despite sending another email, a message on their Facebook page, and calling their company number (went straight to a voicemail and didn't even sound like a legit company phone number). It says online that you only have 30 days to return an item, and it's obvious that they have no plan to return any money at all. They will probably get back to me after 30 days and claim that I can't return the item any longer due to being out of window. Avoid this company at all costs!

Wrong size was delivered. They do not have return or exchange policy.

I would give zero stars if I could. I placed my order a month ago. Received a text with a tracking number right away. Here is it a month later and I received an update saying the it has shipped but when I check the tracking number it says that it is still awaiting the item. I have texted back, emailed and called both the number on the website (straight to voicemail) and the 800 number on my charge statement (discounted). No product, no communication back but they have my money.

I haven’t received the order in 4 weeks and no response from customer service. The call contact number sounds like a regular persons voicemail not a business.

Wrong color and looked like I could have made them myself. Contacted customer service AGAIN by phone and email and still no response. Would not order from this company again
