I ordered a banner for my sons 1st birthday, I noticed that you could change shipping too express and receive in 2 days however I forgot to do this! James emailed to make sure everything was ok and I explained what I had done this wasn’t a problem he went above and beyond to get it too me on time and it’s PERFECT! Even better than I imagined and the material is so strong!

Ordered a Hulk banner for my sons 30th. I unknowingly selected collection on my order. James emailed me as they couldn’t contact me. They sorted next day delivery so my banner would arrive on time. The banner is fantastic. Great quality. Great service !!!!!!
