Honestly couldn’t believe how quick and efficient the service was. From requesting a quote, I was contacted by Paul within the hour, who talked me through openly and honestly what the best options for me would be. I never felt pressured to make the order. I hadn’t realised this site redirected to an American company, so I had little hope my order would reach me in time for my event (it was a rush order) but the packaged was in my hands from FedEx in exactly a week from paying for the order. I couldn’t believe it. Thanks for the great service Paul, and the patches were lovely.

Thank you so much, Ky! Really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.
We know how stressful it can be when you need something in time for an event, so we're really glad we could get your patches to you so quickly. It's great to hear you were happy with the whole process and that Paul was able to help you find the right options without any pressure.
Most importantly, we're so pleased the patches arrived in time and that you loved them!
Thanks again for trusting us with your rush order. Hope your event goes brilliantly!
Quality from enquiry to delivery
The service I received was incredible from enquiry to delivery. We had a few emails back and forth at enquiry level to alter a few details and received reply’s to all emails within 2hrs confirming all the amendments the quality was excellent and my patches arrived within days of payment confirmation. Although the quantity of patches I wanted was a minimum order. I was treated as if it was the biggest order they had received. One of the best on line shopping experiences I have ever experienced.

Excellent service from start to finish
Excellent service from start to finish
I had a genuinely great experience working with Today Patches, and especially with Paul Taylor.
My design contained quite a lot of small details, including an original hand-drawn logo that was very important to me. Paul was incredibly patient throughout the whole process. We went through several revisions to make sure those details were reproduced properly, and at no point did I feel rushed into approving something I wasn't completely happy with.
Communication was excellent throughout – friendly, professional and quick – and Paul always made sure my comments were passed on to the design team and addressed.
The finished woven patches arrived today and they look fantastic. The quality is excellent and I'm extremely happy with the final result. Paul also included two extra patches and a printed version of my original artwork so I could compare the different finishes, which was a really thoughtful touch.
It's rare to come away from a project feeling this positive about both the product and the customer service.
I wouldn't hesitate to use Today Patches again for future projects and would happily recommend them.
Thank you Paul and the team!
