Custom Envy Reviews 

The shipping times are nasty here, much like other reviews go over, but my issue with Custom Envy is the print quality and customer service: they're both poor. I had to pull out older cases I had done from other companies years and years ago just to sanity check myself. There's color banding, color skew, and pixelation galore, not to mention the online tool for aligning your images is woefully inaccurate. Customer service is happy to gaslight you though. They'll try and tell you that the online tools are fine, you just didn't use them right. They'll also lie about AI usage to "extend" your imagery for a reprint to try and fix an alignment error. Thankfully I was able to get a partial refund on my order (after I asked for it five times over the course of 21 emails, and only 40% of the order cost), but they won't admit a mistake or take responsibility for a job poorly done. Find another place for custom prints.

The phone case turned out good. However both phone cases took a very long time to be delivered. To make matters worse, they ship by USPS (snail mail). The phone case I ordered was placed on 6/7 and has not been delivered as of 6/16 (evening) If I had known this I would have ordered from someplace else.

Do not believe shipping times. I am still waiting on my order and if I am to believe the estimated delivery date posted by the USPS, it will have taken 12 days to actually receive my order and I paid for expedited processing, which apparently does not cover shipping. It took 3 days to actually create the shipping label only to have it sit in a postal facility awaiting shipping. I've had overseas orders ship faster. Very disappointed since my order is a gift and I was not able to provide the gift as planned.

Easy process to get a personally designed phone case. Product was delivered within the expected time (it was a day early, in reality) and the quality was excellent. Competitively priced. Superior follow up. I'll do business with them again as they do a number of different custom item options.

Fast shipping and good quality cases! Will be ordering here again if I need another case.

Really long turn around times. Even if you purchase 2-day shipping it takes them two weeks to produce a simple order like 1 phone case.

It’s been 21 days and i still haven’t received my items, very disappointed

Usually I never do reviews as I find it meh but this?! I had to I just had to, Im in love with the design of the phone case thank you so much for making this for using my photo of the design I love it. Honestly if you're thinking whether or not you should buy it? Yes go for it go full steam ahead it'll be worth it trust me.

Ordered a phonecase but never got the Email, so now i’m worried that i won’t get my phonecase and payed 50 bucks for nothing

This was my second purchase (2 T-Shirts ) and as before ( a blanket) they matched my design and did a great job. Their turnaround in receiving my orders and shipping them, is impressive. I have been very pleased with their quality, and quick response to my inquiries.

I absolutely LIVE my iPhone 13 case, they did an awesome job! Worth the wait!
