I’m absolutely in love

Dear friend wanted to design custom kiks in memory of my brother Michael. She tried several other custom shoe companies before coming across Custom Kiks. Jerson, CK Rep, is amazing. Helped create 4 custom pairs of Lil’ Mike’s. The shoes are the best. Comfortable. Stylish. Unique. Just a great company to do business with. Jerson is the best customer service rep.

What a great experience to create high top shoes via Custom Kiks. The design process was simple - uploading .jpgs and positioning them on a true visual of a shoe - the end result was perfect!
The customer service rep was awesome - He responded to all my questions quickly, even on a Sunday afternoon! He had great follow thru, and made sure what I had envisioned for the end result was indeed what we would receive. His patience, and customer service piloted my experience in the most positive way.
I tried 4 sneaker companies to try to achieve the sneaker I was looking to create - Custom Kiks made it happen!

I have ordered a pair of sneakers for my daughter (Corgi Doodle). She loves them.Great quality very resistant, despite her being rough with them at the playground. It was a perfect birthday gift.

So excited about my new kiks that just arrived! Put them on, the fit is perfect. Great quality, exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend these shoes. You can go classic or custom, super cool! I also had a good overall shopping experience navigating the website and making my final purchase… hardest part was picking only one pair… may have to remedy that and get another!

OMG!! My classic kiks are awesome! The comfort feels like I am walking on cloud 9. If only my sleep was a wonderful as my Custom Kiks walking in the park. I highly recommend buying your custom kiks from this vendor. I am a size 8 and the fit is true to size.

The order process was very easy once I decided on the design of my shoes. It did take a couple weeks for delivery. . .but so worth the wait for these unique, very comfortable shoes!

I recently had three pairs of shoes custom made, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience! From start to finish, the communication with the company was excellent—they really listened to what I wanted and made sure every detail of the design was exactly right. The shoes turned out even better than I imagined. The craftsmanship and quality are outstanding, and you can tell a lot of care went into making them. Each pair fits perfectly and looks incredible. I’m so impressed with both the product and the customer service, and I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for unique, high-quality custom shoes!

I wish I had read the reviews prior to purchasing a gift card with upgraded shipping. They provided no way to link the shipping cost to the purchased gift card. The shoes were ordered so we will see how that works but after reading the other reviews I don't have high expectations.

I hate my shoes. Guess I’m like $100 out. Wanted Converse. Thought I was getting Converse due to the price… nope. I’m throwing mine in the trash. These are knock offs, and not worth the price.
Also, the site states to give them 5-7 days to make the shoes since they are “custom”… I ordered my shoes on 2/14. When I ordered them, got a message that said shipping has been taking a long time. Ok, paid another $14 for expedited shipping. Was supposed to get an email when my shoes were made and ready to be shipped. As stated, ordered my shoes on 2/14. On 3/1, had to send an email asking where my shoes were since I never got the notification that they were done.. 5-7 days? Yeah, sure. Knock offs, not worth the price… Pretty sure you can get knock offs like this at Walmart for like $35. Lesson learned.

I have ordered shoes with expedited shipping. I did not receive the shoes or a refund. I never received a shipping or tracking information. The customer service has continued to tell me my order is coming and they will not refund my money but they do not have tracking information either.

This company is a SCAM
