After going going to embroiders these came up top with quick turnaround and easy to talk to after one eBay wanted )7 for artwork I ready sent and not willing see order before buying

I honestly can’t recommend Custom Patch Makers UK highly enough. I looked around at a lot of different suppliers and ended up coming across them by chance, and I’m really glad I did.
From the very beginning, the support team went above and beyond to help bring my design to life. What I thought might be a complicated or difficult request was handled with complete professionalism and patience. They genuinely bent over backwards to make sure everything was right, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble.
The final patches are outstanding quality — far better than anything else I’ve had made before. Clean, detailed, and exactly what I was hoping for.
But what really stood out was the service. It’s rare these days to come across a company that actually cares this much about getting things right for the customer. The level of communication and attention to detail was exceptional from start to finish.
I’m absolutely over the moon with both the product and the service. Easily the best company I’ve dealt with in a very long time.

Good stuff, comms were good throughout using WhatsApp. Ordered some pretty large custom patches (8x9”) and the quality is decent. Took a couple of weeks start to finish but that’s to be expected with a made to order job for something like this, if I need more I’ll be sure to use them again.

When I decided to place an order for patches, to celebrate on his passing of a fellow member of the Armed Forces Bikers.
I was hoping I would get a quality to do him justice. I shouldn't have worried I would recommend the company to anyone.

Ordered custom patches for and couldn’t be couldn’t be happier. The team was friendly and super responsive throughout the design process, sending clear mock‑ups. The quality is fantastic ,neat stitching, crisp lettering and a sturdy feel. Their helpfulness in getting the order to me before a trip was much appreciated. I’m really pleased with the result and will be ordering again. Highly recommend

Ordered some custom Airsoft patches with these guys. The communication was fantastic from the outset, keeping me informed of the processes and timelines throughout. The finished product arrived well inside my tight deadline and was perfect. Highly recommended.

My order started off ok, completed the design and paid for the product no problems. I was told from order to completion of order would take 2 weeks, one month on and still nothing. I have messaged only to be told it’s in production then it’s not in production then there’s a delay. Messaged again today and there’s still a delay then all of a sudden the order is complete and has been dispatched express delivery however unable to give tracking information. Absolute joke of a service, they have refused to give me a refund so now having to go through my bank and claim my money back.

Please save yourself the hassle and don’t use this company, this has scam written all over this!
