The website was very intuitive and not overly complicated to use. Good value for money and great communication throughout. My order seemed to get hung up in the delivery service for a bit but they ensured it got to me in time for a time sensitive presentation. I’m very happy with the product and overall service and have already recommended it to my friends who might be looking to do something similar.

Great selection, good prices, easy to use website.
The frames were packed well and shipped fast. I will definitely use again. A request for future orders would be to label the frames. I had a large order with some similar looking and sized frames and had to spend time identifying each frame. But overall quality frames! The ordering instructions were clear and they fit my items perfectly.

Review of supplies and assistance I received from Custom Picture Frames
I am reviewing supplies that I got from Custom Picture Frames. My project was to reframe a white resin medallion in a 20” shadow box frame, purchased 5 years ago.
The medallion was attached to a beige paper and the frame was white. After painting the room where it hung, the existing piece looked very washed out. I envisioned switching the medallion to a more colorful frame and mat.
I took the frame apart and removed the medallion. Next stop was an online search for a framing company that sold shadow box frames. Custom Picture Frames had exactly what I needed. Before I ordered the supplies, I emailed them with detailed questions about the dimensions I should order and about how to attach the resin medallion to the new mat (I had no idea how to do that).
The replies I received from Annie in Customer Service were thorough, educational, and very patient. I could not have put this project together without her help. I am thrilled with the result. In my opinion, the finished product was as good as if I had taken it to a framing shop. (I know this to be the case because 4 months ago I took 2 pictures to my local framing shop. With frame choices and mat selections each picture cost $400 to frame!)

Corner gaps and creased picture mat
The frame I received was square but didn't match up in the corners, there are gaps at the front where the mitres meet. The back board was very flimsy and had been forced into place, it was visibly creased in one corner. Considering the price I feel the workmanship was poor.
Update: I am not often surprised in a positive way these days but in this case I have been. CPF got in touch and after I sent photos offered a refund or exchange with no question. I went for a refund. Unfortunately the frames weren't up to scratch but the customer service was really good, thanks.

Frame arrived on time and looks nice but…
Frame arrived on time and looks nice. I was disappointed that I did not receive the 30% discount I requested nor any reply to that request. Also, I think a notice with the shipment to remove the film from both sides of the acrylic would be helpful.

Discolored Prints
We had ordered from this company in the past with no issues, however this round of prints was severely discolored. The framing for the products we ordered was correct and looks great, but the photo printing is awful.

Don't put a sticker on the glass
Was very happy with the frame very happy how it was packaged but was not very happy how they put the sticker on the glass of the logo it took forever to take it off and it still look a smudge
