Customportraitshop Reviews

Amazing company that do beautiful artworks. Got one for a friend whose cat just passed. They are super helpful and happy to make any adjustments - customer service is amazing. Asked for a few things changed and they were very accommodating and didn’t mind. The details of the artwork are great and looks nearly identical to the image given to them. Very realistic looking and captures her cat perfectly. The artwork turned out so perfect and would definitely use them again.

I had a portrait made for my father for Father's day of him, myself and my brother who passed away three years ago. I had just a couple of revisions and the portrait came out beautiful and I hope will be a special memory for my dad.

Very good work and I just love the picture! And it was made within 1 day! Highly recommended!

I was a very indecisive customer and they were super patient and very understanding. My portrait is now absolutely perfect and I highly recommend.

Absolute perfect depiction of my kitty niece and nephew 😍

Lovely experience from start to finish! Thoughtful, beautiful piece of work - and was very patient with my many edits!

Thank you SO much!

I ordered a custom photo for a gift on a Sunday afternoon. I was not expecting a response right away but to my surprise, Monday morning I woke up to a response and the photo! I had zero edits - it was perfect. Amazing detail! I would not hesitate to recommend and will order again for myself.

The Custom Portrait team is amazing and so patient! I had a lot of tiny changes and they delivered on all of them. I was also so impressed at the level of detail they were able to capture in the picture. Overall, super happy and satisfied! Thank you!

Absolutely love the artwork they created! Very fast turn around and quick customer service reposes. Would definitely recommend

The custom portrait shop produced a beautiful piece as a memorial for me. They checked in with me to make sure that the colors matched and that the font was correct. I love the portrait and would definitely recommend this product.

Did a really good portrait of our daughter’s cat that passed with him winking. (He was notorious for that). Was a quick turn round and had no problems editing the phrase for us and making some adjustments.

They were very patient and were willing to make any adjustments that I requested. Very professional and the results were amazing!!

The picture was SO beautiful it brought tears to my eyes. My boy is 15 now and we have to put him down and this brought happy tears to my eyes! Anyone who loves their animal would love this !! 🥹🥰
