I have no idea why they would send me multiple links to review their products when they canceled my order without any notification, only way I knew was from the refund in my bank. I’ve been waiting for the order to show up for a week now and when checking the bank for another reason, I noticed they refunded my money. But there is no email,notification,nothing.

You were fast with my reorder, understanding and acting on my sense of urgency to help me fill a larger order in a timely manner.

I have been working with Custom Stickers since 2022. Their team is great to work with and their products are high quality. Their 3” decals have become my bestseller. The print is true to color, crisp and clear. The stickers hold up great outside and even go through the dishwasher without damage. I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Highly recommend.

Had to reply to same proof twice before they addressed the concern. Stickers arrived very fast once approved. image is somewhat washed out, but could just be due to the source file, perhaps could have been adjusted durign design though?

I have not even seen the product. It has taken so long. So you may want to wait over a week to send these types of emails out. Other companies deliver is much quicker.

As I said in an earlier review, the quality of product and people are outstanding and that is why I would continue to use this company despite an series of problems - some of my own making - with my most recent order. In response to my review and without any ask on my part, Customstickers folks fixed the issue and sent me corrected stickers at no cost just to make the situation right. They didn't need to do that. They just did it because they wanted to make sure I was satisfied and felt valued as a customer. This kind of customer care is consistent with all my experiences with this company, which is why they will continue to have my business.

Received the incorrect stickers, contacted customer service and within 24 hours had my updated proof and they offered a full replacement at no charge!
