Great customer service.
Kristina and Custom Travel go that extra mile to ensure a great experience from start to finish.
Highly recommend to everyone and will definitely use every time now.

We have used this company many times. You couldn’t ask for better service and attention. They really get to know you and Kristina can pretty much book our perfect holiday without asking! They really care before, during and after the trip checking in to see how things are. I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting quality and peace of mind travel.

Contacted Custom Travel based on a recommendation from an ex work colleague and so glad I did. Kristina made the whole process so simple and a joy to arrange. Combination of flights, hotel and trips during my visit worked really well.

Had to make some last minute changes due to some challenges outside of anyones control (volcanic eruption) and that was done quickly and efficiently.

Would highly recommend using Custom Travel for a personal experience when booking that special trip.

Kristina has been our travel agent for many years and am not surprised that Custom Travel is a great success. She is 100% reliable, is well travelled herself and has a world of experience under her belt. She is always happy to answer queries and is super efficient. She is very courteous and polite even under pressure! Highly recommended to all.

Our travel agent was Kristina and she was so friendly and helpful! Our return flight was cancelled and Kristina was immediately on hand and supporting us. Great customer service and would recommend for good prices too.

We called Custom Travel up last minute looking for a break away child free! Kristina assisted us in finding the perfect holiday to suit our needs and budget promptly. The service provided was excellent, the hotel transfers everything was excellent she even checked a few days before our trip to ensure we had everything and update us with travel information. Would highly recommend anyone to call Custom Travel we will look to book again with them.

They took our ideas and organised our holiday for us, making it a stress free experience. They were always available to answer any queries we had.

We have been using Custom Travel for a few years now for help with booking our holidays. They are always so helpful in getting us the best holiday that is most suited to our interests. Custom Travel will always recommend a range of choices to us with which they have spent a great deal of time looking into and finalising. They are always very responsive to all emails and calls within a timely manner. We highly recommend booking your holiday with Custom Travel for a stress-free, outstanding holiday experience.

Custom travel arranged our trip to Poland/ Czech republic and Austria.

This included flight’s accommodation and transfers.

All travel went without any problems and all paperwork was printed and sent to us.

I would definitely use custom travel for future holidays and they arranged everything according to our requirements

Have just returned from a 3 month trip brilliantly organised by Kristina. Everything went to plan and a couple of times when I wasn’t quite sure about something, Kristina replied instantly with reassurance. Fellow travellers couldn’t believe the price I’d paid for so many flights - great value and superb service throughout, can’t recommend highly enough.

Kristina was amazing to deal with when booking our holiday to Paris, which included our first ever flight.

She made it so simple and offered us plenty of options along the way.

All went exactly as planned, including all airport transfers, and we were able to fully relax because of this.

It was a pleasure to deal with Custom Travel and we would highly recommend.

I have been using Custom Travel for 3 years now. I have always found Kristina so friendly and helpful, and she does a great job in organising anything I ask of her.

From city breaks with my mother to our family summer holidays, I like the fact I can go to Kristina and she now knows the kind of thing we like which is so time saving, she always has good ideas and recommendations of places to go too, it’s lovely to have that personal service with a travel agent!

They are always very quick to respond, and very thorough with the paperwork, so I know I have everything I need, including my reminders to pay the balances so I don’t forget! Everything they have booked for me has always ran so smoothly. I highly recommend Custom Travel and Kristina.

We have been booking holidays with Kristina from Custom Travel for over 15 years. The service she provides has been above and beyond anything we have ever experienced from any other travel advisor. We've had help and support when becoming poorly on holiday and needing to rebook flights, rearranging a holiday when our son was admitted to hospital the day before our departure and all of the help given during covid to rearrange or cancel holidays and gain refunds. This is just a few times that she has helped during difficult times. Kristina always works hard to find the best possible holiday to suit our needs and budget as a family and she has a vast knowledge to aid her decisions. She has also booked many a large group ski holiday for us taking all of the pressure away from me as the lead passenger. Booking and going on holiday can be a stressful time but Kristina certainly takes some of that stress away. A fantastic company whom we wouldn't hesitate to always use and always recommend.

Kristina has arranged many holidays for us over the years. Everyone has been a great success and as we had hoped for. She is very helpful and organised. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
