I purchased a kit from Amazon. One of the pieces was broken, and I emailed the company for a replacement. It has been weeks now, and my part still hasn't been shipped, even though I have repeatedly contacted the company about the delay. Although the representative answering my emails has been cordial, he or she has not given me any kind of assurance or confidence that I will ever receive the part, as the answer has continually been "it will ship soon." I'm very disappointed. This will be the last kit I purchase from this company, and I will discourage those I know from purchasing from this company as well.

I received it as a gift. Unfortunately, one piece was missing from the set. I contacted the company and received a reply very quickly. They sent me the missing part. I was very satisfied with the service. I can only recommend it!

The set I received had the incorrect pieces. I contacted customer support and received a replacement sheet 2 weeks later for some other random set. That piece was sent unprotected and a mess, but irrelevant since it doesn't go with the set ordered. Obviously they have customer quality issues. Since things are sent from China, it's a waste of time.

Ordered on the 9th of December thinking that would be plenty of time for it to arrive before Christmas. I checked the tracking this morning and it said it would arrive on the 29th which was disappointing as I had hoped to build this with my family over Christmas. Luckily my doorbell rang a few minutes ago and my Book Nook arrived. I have had a quick look and the quality looks superb!!

Prodotti di qualità, quasi totalmente in legno sostenibile (almeno così dicono), e in generale la user experience è impeccabile.
