Lovely packaging and item recieved in good time! very happy with order.

Delivery took awhile and then i had it for 3 weeks if that, and the necklace snapped in half?? i cant even fix it, gonna have to replace it. Really annoyed tbh cause i really liked it but quality is Sh**

The jewelry is fantastic, it's very shiny, and I really like the earrings because even though they're big, they're not heavy at all. I'll definitely be getting more!

I have a bracelet from here that I bought a year ago and it has yet to tarnish so I bought a recently bought a ring from here because of my good experience last time and it was still amazing!! It’s overall a cute brand with personalized notes and stickers every time you order. Everything down to the boxes are really high quality.

Ich habe über Jahre hinweg regelmäßig bestellt und war lange eine zufriedene Kundin. Die Qualität war größtenteils gut.

Sehr enttäuscht bin ich jedoch vom Punktesystem. Nach einer E-Mail über bald verfallende Punkte habe ich einen 20 %-Rabatt eingelöst. Beim Vergleich ist mir aufgefallen, dass die Preise über den E-Mail-Link höher waren als auf der regulären Webseite. Teilweise lagen die Unterschiede bei mehreren Euro, sodass der Rabatt faktisch keinen Vorteil brachte.

Das empfinde ich als irreführend und unfair. Vertrauen geht so leider verloren. Ich habe mich vom Punktesystem abgemeldet und werde dort nicht mehr bestellen.

Ordered multiple times from this website and I’m from the UK. Comes quick. Any issues I’ve had they have replaced the jewellery straight away. Such beautiful items and haven’t had any tarnish as of yet. Love all their pieces unsure why so many negative reviews!

I’m giving them a 2 right now because I put in my order about a week ago & I live literally an hour away from where they are supposed to be shipping orders from & I have yet to receive my package. I have read online that their quality isn’t the best, but they say their base metal is brass… gold plated brass will surely tarnish, but that doesn’t bother me much. I will add onto this review after my order arrives (if it ever arrives)

I have recommended to everyone for years - I bought gold plated necklaces from them 3 years ago and they still look brand new and I still receive so many compliments from them! They last forever without tarnishing and the designs are so innovative. 10/10. Plus they put in so much effort with their packaging! Also - the prices!! I ordered a necklace and it came in a lovely sealed pouch to keep it from getting tangled. However I ordered another necklace but when I opened the box the said necklace was not contained in the sealed pouch do it was lying in the bottom of the outer box all tangled due to the movement of being transported. I had to untangle it which wasn't easy and it was for a present so no time to return it and anyway I didn't want to chance that another one would be the same. I love the products but will not buy again.
