It's a great service which is let down…
It's a great service which is let down by lack of communication. My email receipt stated that the item was in stock. I went the next day to pick it up and was told that I should have waited for a phone call when the item was in stock.
The staff members were exceptional in dealing with me, even though i did present myself as irate.
