Amazing customer service. And amazing coffee. Haven’t tasted a rough one yet. Best of all is the support that replies asap. As a rookie this has been hugely appreciated. Big shout out to lovely Lisa.

I've tried lots of different online coffee sites for fresh roasted beans but I've now settled on Coffeeworks. There's a great choice of coffees, so far I've tried four and liked them all with a couple of firm favourite. I've now done what I always resisted before and taken out a subscription. The plan is to get 1kg of coffee every four weeks which gives me nice fresh beans at a great price. The subscription means I can easily change my beans every time to get a different taste or try a new blend. Delivery is really quick and free for subscribers. I was having a problem keeping my beans fresh but a quick look on their YouTube site sorted my problem. I'm intending to be here to stay

Not only is the coffee great, the names are also on the money. The Fruit and Nut and Biscoff ones are a fave and you taste where the names come from.
What's more, there is a range specifically for Ninja and Sage machines (I have the latter) which makes choosing the right coffee a breeze.

Started with a best sellers bundle, all 4 coffees were enjoyable. Ended up subscribing for the choc brownie blend - excellent coffee and great value for freshly roasted coffee beans. Getting through the first bag fairly quickly though so may be upping my subscription frequency before the next delivery!
No issues with delivery even over Christmas, coffee freshly roasted the day of dispatch.
Dialling in the ninja luxe pro was fairly easy and the brew guides helped here! Mostly drink flat whites/lattes.

Kev's videos were invaluable while deciding on a new machine (after a slip up with a procook first) for my needs, moving from a 6yr old fully auto to semi-auto has improved the coffee no end! Still subscribed and a regular viewer.
I did try the procook barista elite before the ninja - would have loved a review of this beforehand to avoid the need to return it, my fault for taking the risk though! - grinder blocked issues every few shots, no backflush capability and soggy pucks (no 3-way solenoid) and just not very user friendly!

Excellent coffee at very reasonable prices. Lots of choice and offers, fast delivery and interesting/informative emails about their thoughts and products.

Excellent quality coffee and incredible customer service. I came across Coffee Kev on Youtube when researching what bean to cup coffee machine I should buy. Having a new-born means I need a one button coffee! His reviews are excellent, very detailed and unbiased. I decided to try Kevs coffee from Cworks which was discounted with a code from the youtube channel. I ordered the Chocolate Brownie Blend beans and used the information on the website to adjust the grind size, and it is amazing. Smells incredible when you open the bag and makes the best coffee I've had from a machine. I have since re-ordered and will be subscribing to enjoy the associated discount. Quick dispatch and delivery.

Can't comment on the order as I am still waiting from ordering placed on 29December. This 24h post is taking a super long time, best stick to my Monmouth coffee next time.

I’m a decaf drinker using the Ninja luxe cafe machine and I really don’t think I could find a better coffee than the milk chocolate and caramel decaf Honduras. I just love the flavour and it only takes a single basket to get that. Feeling confident there’s nothing better out there (and I’ve tried quite a few) I now have a subscription with Cworks. The whole buying/delivery process is excellent.

Sadly I cannot comment on the coffee as Ive been let down on delivery.. really disappointing - read the website which said order received after 22/12 would be roasted and despatched on 29th December. So, that was fine for me as it would be delivered by the 2/01. Paid, received my confirmation email, (again saying the beans would be despatched on 29/12). waited, waited, then noticed my order wasn't marked as despatched and it was the 30th/12, so contacted them on live chat, only to be told that my order wasn't despatched on 29/12 and in fact wouldn't be despatched until 2/01 !! so then would not likely be delivered until 5th or even 6th January!! I cancelled the order immediately, won't be ordering from them again.

I've only been buying coffee beans for about a year now. After trying a few different places, Coffee works is definitely my favourite. Fantastic coffee, great price and super reliable (I've set up a subscription) probably the best coffee I've ever had

Can't fault CWorks. They're informative and friendly. Their coffee is roasted to order and sent the next day. There's a good range of coffees, which we are working our way through (still looking for that perfect strong, smooth blend). I wanted information about setting up a subscription for my daughter's Christmas present and they were very helpful on that subject. I think they are still a small company - they certainly feel like one. My hope is that however large or small, they continue to provide the attention-rich, intimate, friendly and accessible service that they currently offer.

Delivery was fine, love the packaging and coffee beans smell great but I am still struggling with my Ninja ES601 machine.

They have a very good range of coffee and great guides to help you either start your coffee journey or find a new best drink.
I personally get the half-caf whole beans, but when I started out I purchased a bag ground by them for my brewing method so I could taste how that coffee should taste when ground right and adjust my grind to achieve it.

Responses are fast, helpful, and human. It’s rare to find a business where the after-sales support is as strong as the product itself, but Cworks nails it.
The "Kev" Factor
The business is run by "Coffee Kev," a man so obsessed with caffeine he’s practically a human espresso shot. He’s also a well-known YouTuber with a "Marmite" reviewing style (you either love him or you're wrong). Just be careful if you email him for advice, you might get a quick answer, or you might accidentally trigger a 2,000-word thesis on why your grinder setting is 0.5 millimetres off.
Verdict
Excellent value, zero pretension, and top-tier beans. Highly recommended for anyone who wants great coffee without paying for the marketing fluff.

Coffee arrived quickly. It is smooth and full bodied even though it is Decaf!

I ordered the Best Sellers Collection about a month ago to try out their range, and I’ve now worked my way through all four blends. Hands down, my favourite is the Dark Chocolate & Hazelnut Brazil – it’s rich, smooth, and the chocolate-hazelnut notes come through beautifully balanced without ever feeling artificial or overpowering. It’s become my daily go-to.
After falling in love with that blend, I immediately signed up for their subscription service, which gave me a very generous discount on a full 1kg bag. The order was dispatched the same day and arrived at my door in under 24 hours – genuinely impressive.
A month in, I’m easily drinking two cups a day (sometimes three on weekends) and the 1kg bag is still going strong. The freshness has held up perfectly, and every brew still tastes as vibrant as the first one.
If you’re looking for high-quality, flavourful coffee with fast delivery and real value on subscriptions, Cworks is hard to beat. Amazing coffee, very fast delivery. My first time owning a bean to cup machine, I didn't order the beans from Cworks in time so I got some generic beans from my local store which gave me the chance to see the difference, it was night and day. Immediately added a subscription and will happily drink Cworks coffee from now on!
