CXM Direct removed my trading profit…

CXM Direct removed my trading profit after NFP trading – 1591 USD

I would like to share my experience with CXM Direct so that other traders can be aware.

My MT5 account: 645997

I traded XAUUSD during the Non-Farm Payrolls (NFP) news release. My positions were opened approximately 4 hours before the news event and were closed after the market moved.

This is a normal trading strategy based on market volatility during major economic releases.

My trading history clearly shows:
• Positions were opened several hours before the news
• Trades were held under normal market conditions
• My account contains both winning and losing trades

Despite this, CXM Direct applied a manual balance adjustment labeled:

“Toxic Trading ADJ – 1591.80 USD”

This removed my legitimate trading profit.

When I contacted support, they claimed that my trading involved “leverage abuse” and “toxic trading”. However, they did not provide any specific evidence, technical explanation, or identification of the trades that allegedly violated their rules.

Later, CXM told me I could withdraw the remaining balance, but with the condition that withdrawing funds would mean I accept their decision and waive my right to complain.

I find this condition very concerning.

I am simply asking CXM Direct to provide clear evidence of the alleged violation or restore the removed profit.

I hope CXM will review this case fairly and resolve it transparently.

--- UPDATE AFTER CXM RESPONSE ---

However, your reply remains vague and fails to address the core issue.

I would also like to clarify that I have already contacted your support team via email prior to posting this review. During that process:

* I was not provided with any concrete evidence
* I was pressured to accept your decision
* I was told I could withdraw the remaining balance only if I accepted your conclusion and waived my right to dispute

This is highly concerning and unacceptable.

Despite multiple attempts to resolve this matter privately, CXM has refused to provide transparency while proceeding to remove my entire trading profit (1591.80 USD) without proper justification.

This is the reason I have brought this case to Trustpilot and shared my experience with the trading community — to ensure transparency and warn other traders.

Once again, you claim that my trading activity was classified as “abusive trading” based on a “combination of factors,” yet you have still not provided:

* Any specific evidence
* Any identified trades that allegedly violated your rules
* Any clear reference to the exact clause in your Terms & Conditions

I am requesting a clear and direct answer:

1. Which exact trades are considered “abusive”?
2. Which specific clause did I violate? (please quote it)
3. What concrete evidence supports your decision?

If you are unable to provide this information, I will proceed with further escalation to relevant regulatory authorities and continue to publicly document this case.

I am still willing to resolve this matter, but only based on transparency and verifiable facts.

Было воскресенье. Я пополнил счёт. ДЕНЬГИ С КАРТЫ СНЯЛИ. Но пополнение отклонили. И деньги не вернули обратно пока что и баланс не пополнили. В поддержку написал раз 5, но там никого нет. По другому и связаться ни как с ними. Сегодня уже понедельник, но пока тишина. ID транзакции 3565950 если вдруг представители компании захотят разобраться. ID аккаунта 751804. Думаю с поддержкой решить вопрос для ответа клиентам моментально и решить вопросы.

CXM clear my profit

The account was reviewed in accordance with our Trading Terms and Conditions after our monitoring systems flagged execution patterns consistent with latency-based price exploitation, which falls under prohibited trading practices.
Please note that holding time alone (e.g., 30 minutes or longer) does not determine whether an activity is considered toxic. Reviews are based on execution-time pricing discrepancies and liquidity benchmarks, not simply on trade duration or the use of automated tools.

CXM not able to pay profits stay away

I am sharing my real trading experience for transparency.

Broker: CXM Direct
Trading Account: 622969
Initial Deposit: USD 25,000
Total Profit Withheld: Approximately USD 60,000
Time Without Proper Resolution: 1.5 Months

What Happened

I opened trading account 622969 with an initial deposit of $25,000.
My trading strategy was consistent from the very first day:

Fixed small stop loss ($10 per trade)

Fixed take profit ($10–15 per trade)

Holding time ranging from 45 minutes to 3 hours

No hedging

No HFT

No automated latency tools

The strategy did not change at any point.

The account was allowed to trade freely. No warnings. No restrictions. No risk flags. No compliance emails.

When the account generated profits and the total gain approached approximately $60,000, CXM terminated the account citing “latency arbitrage” and adjusted the profits.

Main Concerns

If the trading method was abusive, why was it allowed from day one?

Why were there no warnings or risk limitations?

Why was the account terminated only after profitability?

Why has there been no trade-level documented evidence shared?

It has now been 1.5 months, and despite multiple emails, there has been no meaningful engagement or detailed explanation addressing the execution-level accusation.

Important for New Traders

CXM states the account was onboarded under an offshore entity.
Traders should clearly understand:

Under which entity they are being onboarded

What dispute resolution mechanisms exist

How profit disputes are handled

Whether regulatory branding applies to their specific account

These are critical points before depositing funds.

My Position

I am not a new trader. I have over 10 years of experience in CFD markets.
My strategy was consistent, transparent, and manually executed.

I am still requesting:

Clear trade-level evidence supporting their claim, or

Release of withheld profits

A broker’s true integrity is tested when clients make profits — not when they incur losses.

I hope CXM resolves this matter professionally and transparently.

As previously explained to you multiple times by our support team via email, trade duration, fixed stop loss, or manual execution alone do not determine whether activity is compliant. Reviews are based on execution-time pricing advantages compared against liquidity-provider benchmarks — not on whether trades were profitable.

The absence of an early warning does not validate prohibited activity. Risk reviews are conducted once sufficient execution data is accumulated. The decision was not triggered by profitability itself, but by the nature of the execution patterns identified.

You were provided explanations regarding the basis of our decision, and our team has responded to your communications. Once a comprehensive risk assessment is completed and reconfirmed, the outcome is considered final under our policies.
We remain committed to fair and consistent application of our trading policies across all accounts.
