Excellent and professional service from start to finish would highly recommend. Used this service when Parcel Direct let me down Took 5 Days to collect the package. Booked Cyclone at 8.30am in the morning and my parcel was collected by 09.30am

I was blown away by how easy the whole…
I was blown away by how easy the whole experience was (aside from me not finding anywhere on the website to leave a note as to where to leave my package if I wasn't home to collect it). From registering on the site, to making a payment to the actual delivery everything was fast, professional and efficient, so much so that I've recommended the company to friends who have had similar positive experiences.

I had to get on to their customer service to ask about some more specific details and they were really friendly and attentive to my special requests. A trustworthy service to use if you're sending anything important or specific!

Excited about your packages? How about Anxiety instead?
When you have packages coming your way you normally feel excited but when it comes to MyPup, get ready to have anxiety instead. 4 times so far they have misplaced and lost packages. We do get refunds but it would be nice to once in a way get the ordered packages. Apart from delay, then back and forth mails to prove the delivery was done and that was lost, and if you won’t have the proof they would just say they haven’t received packages in the first place. It has become completely unreliable now. Disappointed.

Hi Kaajal, all orders must be referenced by their MyPup code. This is the unique identifier which is issued to every MyPup customer. As you had not entered your MyPup code we could not deliver the item. We complete hundreds of these deliveries every day without incident. Put simply, this was not our fault.
Our reputation is of utmost importance to us. I would urge you to reconsider your very poor star rating.

Outsourced Courier Journeys
Cyclone have begun outsourcing their transfers to external couriers without informing customers. Items were never collected and we weren't told that the collection didn't take place. When contacting Cyclone, they're not able to help as they've handed off responsibility for the collection to another courier.

Unfortunately collections & deliveries can sometimes fail for a variety of reasons but we strive to resolve service issues as quickly as possible.We were in the process of further investigating the failure when we were asked to cancel the booking and issue a refund, which we did immediately.
We would have been happy to re-attempt collection at no extra cost had we been given the opportunity.
Our use of delivery partners is common knowledge. We neither make a secret of this or mislead customers in this regard. The use of subcontractors does not mean we absolve ourselves of responsibility, on the contrary. We would be happy to attempt this again should you wish.
