First time I ride the bike am impress the looks the finish and the performance on the road.

Amazing bike and customer service

One of the accessories didn't arrive with the ebike. Messaged the company and the accessory is being shipped out.

I bought 2 CycVerve fat bikes. Very well made! But more important, i had a small issue with one on the fat bike. But the customer service has been very helpfull. All is resolved now. I recommend cycrown!

Our bikes arrived quickly, well packaged and easy to assemble. Customer service is amazing and efficient. Highly recommend this company.

My Cycrown Cychunter has performed very well for the first 150 mile-ish so far!
But I really wanted to leave a review about their customer service & quality of care for their customers.
I received my ebike within 3 days! Then they made sure my combination lock came ASAP too, so I could secure it.
Now, at about 120 miles, I noticed a defect in my my left crank arm which became a failure point after continued use/pressure when pedaling. They immediately replied & covered the costs of the replacement part and the quick shipping! Since I explained how important it was for my daily commute - I even offered to pay just to get it fast cause every day without is $$ spent on travel lol
Well, suffice it to say, Cycrown has great products & excellent customer support should you encounter an issue.

Hands down best customer service i have seen in 25yrs.

I had an issue with my motor after my purchase and customer service ensured to send a motor core immediately and helped me with covering repair.

We bought two CyCrown bikes (cycverve all-terrain ebikes) that we absolutely love. They're beautiful, comfortable, and of very good quality. ♥️
I recently needed to contact customer service about a suspicious noise coming from the motor of one of our bikes.
After writing to Cycrown service, I received immediate support from Audrey, who asked questions to find out what the problem was. I sent a short video showing the noise! ​​They immediately decided to send me a brand new motor for free.
I received it just a few days later. ❤️ The excellent service I received will make us loyal Cycrown customers, and I will always refer their wonderful bike and product. Thank you again so much 😊🙏🏻

Great battery life great performance it's comfortable I really enjoy it it's really fun to ride

I bought this e-bike in December 2024 and my son uses this bike for his regular commute to school and other activities. One of the best e-bikes in the market. He loves his bike. Very reliable and sturdy. I definitely recommend to buy this bike. Excellent value for money

First time buying an electric bike and the back tire popped before i even had it two weeks! i messaged Cycrown and asked them what they can do? They offered to send me a free replacement tire and im just waiting to get it! Good bike good service.

This is less a review of the company and more of one of their products - the Cycverve All Terrain Ebike - which I recently purchased.
I'll start by saying this bike was a good deal, and it arrived reasonably quickly (I bought it from another dealership). It looks nice, goes fast, and came mostly assembled. Yay.
The reason I'm awarding four stars and not five is due to several gripes which have caused some frustration.
1) The front fender comes with zero instructions on installation. I'm not totally useless at putting things together, but the setup for this bike is not great. The fittings are not secure and do not hold the fender in place properly as is, no matter how tight you make the bolts. i.e. The piece that the bolt goes through to secure the fender to the frame is an elongated vertical hole which doesn't at all lie flush with the frame. The way it's set up forces you to bolt the fender through the bottom of this elongated slat, so every time you hit a slight bump, the whole assembly is able to shift, resulting in the fender hitting the tire and inevitably getting damaged. I had to get around this by physically bending the mounting fixture so it couldn't slide, and then zip-tying it in place for good measure.
2) The headlight also relies on the same fixture, and a single bolt to hold it upright, which doesn't help. So the front light also shifts to the right whenever a few bumps in the road come up. (Also fixed with zip ties - we'll see if they work.)
3) I haven't yet removed the back light, but it seems you have to get the tool kit out to do that too. Annoying since mine arrived completely flat and non-functional.
So, those three things have been a bit of a frustration. but I would still recommend the bike - it's super fun to ride and probably the most affordable and best value on the market.
