We've just changed hosting services. All good until now. Nice team, very good response time, support provided for fixing some setting due to hosting change!

Transferred over from WPX a few years ago onto their high performance server and have never looked back.

Amazing tech support. They know their stuff inside out. Immediately diagnosed the issue I was having previously with a certain paywall plugin and server resources. Was even able to identify the root cause of a certain quirk I use to experience when updating draft posts. Later on had an SEO issue with the same plugin not working correctly which they confirmed was plugin related (new plugin resolved that).

Anyway, haven't see this level of service or knowledge anywhere else at this price point. Not even mentioning the high performance server and CDN. Uptime has been impeccable (monitored worldwide by Hetrixtools).

Recently migrated to CynderHost around 4 months ago, and the experience has been nothing but smooth sailing. Would highly recommend!

Formerly a client at WPEngine, moved to CynderHost and I've saved at least 20 hours in time with their support team. Site is soo much faster too.

Cyderhost is straight to the point, no games, fantastic customer service. John Karl has saved my bacon several times, he is the man.

I've never had such a consistently impressive experience with a company...Ever. Not much to add to that other than wicked fast speed, impressive security, and without a doubt, THE. BEST. CUSTOMER. SERVICE. EVER.
At this point, If I asked these guys to water my plants while I'm away on holiday, I wouldn't be surprised if they did. Bend over backwards to service their clients, which is truly refreshing.

Switching to CynderHost was probably the most positively impactful decision I made about my website. Besides offering great performance at very reasonable prices, support is nothing short of outstanding. Can't recommend it enough.

I recently moved my Wordpress site from Bluehost to Cynderhost and am completely blown away by the increase in performance even though I am on a shared hosting plan. I was on Bluehost's Pro plan and now I'm playing much less at Cynderhost and my website loads in less than half the time. Not to mention the Wordpress Admin pages are instant unlike the snail's pace I was getting at Bluehost.

I also logged a support ticket as I made a mistake while migrating my site but couldn't figure out what I did wrong. I got a reply within minutes saying the issue was resolved and outlining what the problems were. Amazing!

It's still early days but I think I will be very happy at Cynderhost!

The only downside is the fact that the experience on smartphones sucks. Couldn't get into cPanel unfortunately.

I didn't realize I hadn't received emails for several hours. I needed an important email and they went right in and fixed it up for me!! It was a simple server change. Best tech support online!!

I went from WP.com to cynderhost... best decision I've made IRT my website ever! Not only have they been awesome on price point, but they've gone above and beyond on a regular basis whenever I've had problems - even if it wasn't their fault, or responsibility! I think I've interacted with the whole crew at this point, and they've ALL been awesome!

Moving to Cynderhost is one of the best decisions I made for my online business. There are so many web hosting claiming that their servers are fast. But Cynderhost proves them wrong.

Bought a shared hosting package. They have best prices, features and support responses are fast. And more importantly my website loads more quickly. I expect CynderHost to keep cheap prices and good support forever!

From my experience they certainly warrant 5 stars.
Welton and Ivan and others have been not only very supportive but also very quick in replying back to my tickets.
I am in the UK and I know their support centre is open for around 15 hours in another country which is alright for now and I believe they might soon go 24/7 but what really matters is the quality and speed as well as the cheap tariff for their fast and efficient hosting plans.
I had been recommended by a friend and will definitely recommend them to others.

Very very very good service, it is my favorite !!!

I've been using Cynderhost for some months now, and I would recommend them. The hosting is excellent, and the custom support is even better. You won't regret them and they provide high quality hosting for a cheap price so it's definitely a grab.

I recently bought hosting from Cynderhost only for 1 dollar a month, and it's been worth the cost so far. Good quality, with plenty of plugins.
