I am furious with how difficult it is to cancel a subscription that I never signed up for in the first place. Scam behavior. Chat links either don't work with error page messages, emails not being returned, this has been a nightmare.

I did not sign up for any subscription, yet I have been charged again and a new product was sent to my address without my authorization.

This is unacceptable. I did not request, order, or consent to receiving this product. I am willing to return the unopened item, and I expect a full refund for the unauthorized charge.

The way this subscription appears to have been applied—without clear and explicit consent—is misleading and raises serious concerns about your business practices. This experience has significantly damaged my trust in your company.

Please provide clear instructions for returning the product and confirm when I can expect my refund.

It seems to have slowed the hair growth down a bit. Impressed.

They are such scammers??? I was put in a subscription I don’t want to have and having to contact my bank about this.

I have strong facial hair and it's been only a week i start to use this product ans my facial hair start to grow thiner and slower. Before that i had to shave my face 3/4 time a week and now olny once a week. Im so glad that i Found this product! I really love this product.

Signed me up for a subscription that I never agreed to. Last month, they claimed they had successfully cancelled this for me and refunded the amount charged. This month, I had another charge and now they’re claiming that I need to cancel the subscription myself which makes no sense at all. Do not buy from here.

UPDATE: I’ve been going back and forth for a few days now trying to get a refund, the product arrived before it was even marked as dispatched or shipped which in itself is crazy as they don’t want you to cancel before they have your money. They’re refusing to fully refund me, insisting I can keep the product for a 10% refund. Ridiculous. They’re also removing HONEST and REAL reviews on their instagram.

I cannot cancel a subscription I never signed up for. The manage subscription feature does not work nor does the bot that answers. They continue to send and charge me. They have no legitimate phone number

I used to shave daily now after six months of use, I have peach fuzz my 5 o’clock shadow has completely disappeared. I couldn’t be more happy with the product.

I have been using the CyperGlow oil for over a year now and I must stay it has made my hirsutism feel much more manageable. After having laser hair therapy on my arms, I unfortunately ended up with Paradoxical hypertrichosis in patches as a side effect which made me feel incredibly self-conscious. Shaving or waxing didn't help much as the hair growth was very ''stubbly'' and looked unnatural. After using the oil on my arms, I noticed that my hair started to grow less thicker and prickly, looking more natural than before (after about 1 month of 2 x applications per day). Together with using an epilator, my patchy arm hair have become much less noticeable and manageable between sessions. I have also started using the oil on my thighs and I think it has had a similar effect, particularly in making the growth slower and patchy in areas. The only issue I had with the company was at my very first purchase when they automatically charged me for a monthly subscription. I must say, however, that after contacting them, I was able to cancel the subscription. I will definitely keep using the oil and, in hindsight, I might end up needing the subscription as well!

This company is a scam! The serum is shite! Does not work and they set up a subscription in my name without my consent and charged me this month. When trying to reach out, I am not getting a response even though the live chat says 24/7!
Absolutely ridiculous!! If they don't cancel my order and refund me my money, I am going to go through the bank

My issue is that I made a purchase without first checking their reviews. They then sent my order to the wrong address, and Royal Mail returned it—there is clear evidence of this. I contacted them and explained the situation.

Instead of resolving the issue, they sent me an email stating: “Please be aware that fraudulent claims are taken very seriously. They reserve the right to involve legal authorities if necessary.” This felt like a threat, even though I am simply asking for my refund or for my order to be resent.

After I continued to follow up, they told me they would resend the products and asked me to confirm my address, which I did. I then waited for about two weeks with no update. Yesterday, I contacted them again requesting a tracking number, but instead of providing it, they sent me another threatening email.

On top of this, they have attempted to take money from my account again without my authorization. This is completely unacceptable.

Based on this experience, I consider their company to be operating as scammers.

After several weeks of using CyperGlow, my chin is smooth and soft again! Do I still have to shave everyday? Yes. But the hair is thinner and I don't feel the razor bumps like I used to. And once I shave and apply CyperGlow, I know I'm good to go. In addition, the informational emails are super educational. Overall I have been very satisfied with this product. Would highly recommend.

I have 'worked' with this brand and they have full ignored me for months and haven't compensated me for the sales I made. I don't trust the brand what so ever and do not recommend buying from them.

The truth and my experience with Cyperglow: I've finished 2 bottles and my facial hair has not lessend at all.

I only have been using CyperGlow for a few days and I am totally blown away already!! i have less hairs, and most of all it has helped clear away damaged skin look.I have high hopes for this serum but i am freaked out that it worked straight away, i had doubts...i'm not gonna lie, but so far its been brilliant!
