I placed an order in the evening, asking additionally if the parts I ordered were compatible with my model. No confirmation arrived so I started a chat on the following day and happened to speak with a rude and completely unhelpful agent. She tried to convince me that that email is in my spam folder. It wasn’t. However, the main reason why I contacted was to better understand when I could expect the delivery. Their own website says 24 hours to be dispatched in one place and 48 hours in another. And then there is up to five days for delivery and for me every day counted.
As I couldn’t get legitimate information, I also asked about how I could cancel the order if I had to and it would entail. I was told I could cancel the order AT ANY TIME in the chat, by phone and by email.
I eventually did cancel the order about 45 minutes after their work time ended. By email.
I did not receive any confirmation so I called them in the morning. Another female agent tried to convince me that an email had been sent (it never arrived in my mailbox) and I was told the it is impossible to cancel the order. How do AT ANY TIME and IMPOSSIBLE work together? I don’t know. This agent was even ruder! Not only did she not answer my questions, but she also insisted on addressing me by my first name (which normally I prefer) without taking the time to read it properly. And doing it multiple times!
So now, the order will be dispatched, there will be no one to collect it from the courier, taken back to Berlin and I will receive a refund in some three weeks’ time!

An update, an hour later. I got an email confirming the order was ready to be dispatched only now and my request for cancellation was sent 16 hours ago!

And this email arrived so agent that was saying there were other emails sent basically lied to me because all emails actually sent do arrive. I thought that her poor communications and social capabilities disqualified her from the job but now lying is a whole new level!

UPDATE 19 August 2024
They indeed sent the order but as it was not collected they sent a refund immediately after they were notified by the courier company. The refund was credited to my bank account already on 16 August.

Od lat robię u Was zakupy i uważam że jesteście dobrą i wiarygodną firmą. Pomyliliście kiedyś filtr do oleju do Vectry c. Zdarza się. Ogólnie jest OK.

Bardzo dobre podejście do Klientów. Jak trzeba coś wyjaśnić to mają bardzo zindywidualizowane podejście do Klienta tak, że masz wrażenie jak byś miał dedykowanego opiekuna po ich stronie. Mają też fajne opcje dodatkowe jak ubezpieczenie zwrotu. No i są szybcy w dostawach - nigdy mnie nie zawiedli. Gorąco polecam ten sklep

Jestem bardzo zadowolony z zakupów kolejnych wszystko w super jakości dostępnej cenie. Ostatnio prosiłem o ekspresową wysyłkę paczka doszła jutro mechanik auto naprawi i na urlop sprawnym autem.
Dziękuje zawsze będę u Was kupował części i polecał kolegą. Broni Sław Błański stały kilent dziękuje bardzo.

Wysłali błędny towar. Obiecywali wymianę na poprawny, ostatecznie skończyło się zwrotem towaru. Musieliśmy ubiegać się o zwrot na ich koszt, dodatkowo mija już miesiąc od zwrotu, a pieniędzy dalej nie otrzymaliśmy.

Szybka dostawa. Towar zgodny z opisem, dobrze spakowany. Polecam
