Michaela was brilliant all through our application. She would be communicated by email and would respond in a timely way. I applied for a non-conventional/ Halal mortgage and Michaela was very supportive and behaved professionally throughout the excruciating process. The application was about to fail but Michaela didn't give up and told me to persevere and even got me an extension with the lender. She deserves a raise.

Samantha at DWS has worked on numerous cases that I am involved with and she has always been helpful and professional, BUT on one of my cases she went BEYOND the need to progress and update. She sent multiple emails to a leasehold management company on a daily basis and continuously updated myself and my client, without Samantha I can honestly say this sale would not have completed without her determination to get to the finish line

Simple straightforward service with prompt response when required. Generally we just left each other to crack on, did our respective actions to time and achieved a sound result. Could not fault them and would return for future transactions.

Whilst the conveyancing itself was efficient and effective, communication could have been a little more personally oriented and informative. I occasionally felt 'in the dark' regarding some of the processes and requirements and a more thorough explanation on occasion may have alleviated some of my anxieties at the time.

I wasn't over the moon when I had to send everything via post since I knew of friends/relatives who didn't.. Now looking back on the process with Chaz and his team, I can safely say that it was good. My feedback would be to get your customers on the phone earlier as a 10 minute conversation can go along way when you end up having to exchange many emails in quite a stressful scenario (mine was atleast). Chaz was always consistent with his comms and was supportive along the way. Good guy - good business.
