D1 store provides a very quick and efficient service. Purchases are shipped and delivered very quickly, and if you have any questions, support are quite helpful. I have purchased many items from D1store, and have yet to have a bad experience

I have bought various drones and found the service from D1 in Brunswick fantastic. Also very reasonable on Repairs.

I dropped my drone off with spotlights…

I dropped my drone off with spotlights for a service. After 5 weeks I tried finding out where it was and had someone say that they would call me back 5 different times. Finally I spoke to someone who said it hasn't been serviced yet but would do it soon. When I got it back the spotlights were missing and I was told they were never received. Same process of calling with no one calling me back with a solution. I am part of a network of contractors that use DJI drones and everyone has had a terrible experience everytime they deal with D1. Whether it's buying equipment or having them serviced.

The communication & timelines you experienced during the service process are not acceptable, not reflective of our actual service and we own that completely. All our services and repairs come with timely communciation to allow for a smooth process.

When we understood the extent of the delay, we made the decision to carry out the service at no charge to you as a gesture of goodwill. Regarding the spotlights — after thoroughly investigating, we located them and dispatched them back to you.

We understand that doesn't undo the frustration of chasing us across multiple calls without resolution. Your feedback has been taken onboard and this situation has already prompted internal changes to our processes.

The products were shipped very quickly

The products were shipped very quickly. And are of an excellent quality. The only issue I found was the ‘hanging neck mount max’. Though the measurements were listed for item, it would have been better to also see it being worn and modelled to get a better perception of its size. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars.

Happy Customer

Fast shipping, genuine products, and everything arrived well packed. Customer service was helpful and the whole process was smooth. Very happy with my purchase and would definitely buy from them again.

D1 has the most incredible customer…

D1 has the most incredible customer experience. They are efficient with communication and incredibly helpful. They are always happy to help and all the DJI products are incredible with a special mention for DJI care refresh for peace of mind with accidental damage. Highly recommend dealing with the D1 store

Slow delivery times, buy straight from DJI Store instead.

Slow delivery times, bad website experience, and being over advertised compared to DJI Store. As this store is supposed to be an outlet of DJI, I do not know why it is far better to just order straight from DJI themselves. The ND Filters that I bought broke the first flight I took them on.

Regarding delivery: your order was placed on a Thursday after out cutoff and dispatched from our Victorian warehouse the very next day — a Friday. It arrived in South Australia the following Tuesday, which is a standard interstate transit time over a weekend on free freight.

We're proud to ship all orders from our local warehouse here in Victoria, which actually means faster and more reliable delivery than ordering directly from DJI — who frequently ship from overseas, including China, which can take considerably longer.

On the website experience and pricing — we're always working to improve, and we genuinely welcome specific feedback if you'd like to share it with us directly.

As for the ND Filters, we're sorry to hear they didn't hold up. These are Freewell products which come with a manufacturer's warranty, and we're absolutely able to assist with a replacement or warranty claim on their behalf. Please reach out to us directly and we'll get this sorted for you promptly.

We understand frustrations can arise, but our dispatch times, local stock, and after-sales support are genuine strengths we stand behind. We'd love the chance to make this right — please don't hesitate to contact us!

Excellent service gave me 2 written quotes to my email for two products so I could make a comparison of the deals. I was also able to change my mic min from two black ones to a black and white at very short notice, thanks
