I love this stuff - refreshing and not too sweet like most alcohol seltzers. A little too strong for me on an empty stomach, but a few hours after dinner it provides a mild, relaxing state. Only 25 ca... Toon meer

No one has responded to me yet.
No one has responded to me yet.I ordered one 4 pack on 7/23. Suppose to ship 8/5. Notice wrong zip was on order. I corrected my account information and have been trying to contact them. No luck. Guess we’ll see what happens. Customer service seems very short staffed. No email return. No luck getting messenger to work either.

I apologize for your difficulties Chuck. We were waiting on new stock when you ordered, which unfortunately caused this delay. It looks like we were able to get in touch with you on the 5th. Did you receive your order alright? Our shipping indicates that it made it to you on Saturday. We hope you are enjoying the product and that it has been worth the wait!

The seltzer’s are great but they didn’t ship to me on a timely basis and you can not call them directly, and they don’t email clients back when there is a problem and it’s been 15 days since I’ve ordered without a response or acknowledgment the drinks have been shipped. I feel cheated as I needed these to help with pain while on a trip. Very disappointing…

We apologize for the delay with your order and the lack of a response. We have undergone major changes in the company recently, including platform shifts and shipping carriers. It is due to these changes that you did not receive your order confirmation or tracking number. That being said, we did ship your order on July 20th and hope you have received it and have been able to enjoy our seltzer.

Updated Review
I wanted to update my review. I had a really hard time getting my order and was naturally confused at what was taking so long to get. Once D8 read my request for help they let me know that there was a mistake in the shipping and Laura an Bonnie corrected it at that point. As for the product itself, I was very please last night with it. Thanks guys for getting mistake corrected and I will be reordering D8 Seltzer.

Great Product-Ineffective Shipping Procedures
Hello,
I love your product I find it helps my anxiety so much without feeling drowsy but relaxed. I also enjoy the taste and find it very refreshing. This is not my first time trying the product, however, it is not easily accessible to buy it in Miami. Hence, I decided it would be a better alternative to order the D8 Seltzer water directly from the supplier. The quality of the water was the same as the one I have bought in retail, however, several of the cans were not fully filled. I did not mind, I understand things happen when shipping fragile products. After a few of days, however, some of the cans shrunk in the fridge and with many of them less than half full. I truly believe the D8 team can ensure proper packaging is used going forward and avoid unnecessary disputes wit customers. Good luck!

I apologize for the poor product you were shipped! We had trouble with our previous bottling company and sadly you are not the only customer who had to deal with these issues. Luckily we have a new bottling company and an improved product coming in next week. If you reach out to us at contact@d8seltzer.com, we would love to ship you a free 4-pack of the new cans within the next few weeks!
The cans all broke during shipping
The cans all broke during shipping. Leaked all over the box. I’ve never seen a metal can dent like this before, is it somehow made of a flimsier material than regular soda cans?

No bang for the buck
Tastes great, but you need to drink -at least- 3 to feel anything. With them being $25 for 4, this seems like quite the rip off. Wont be ordering them again but if you have the money to blow, I’d recommend buying 3-4 packs at a time.

We have considered customer feedback and have improved the formula! The D8 Seltzer team understands that everyone has different tolerance levels and the new improvements to the formula should solve this issue!

I am not a cannabis user but have used cannabis in the past as well as medical cannabis in Vape, tincture and pill form. i wanted to try a Delta 8 product and thought that the seltzer might be a good option. I thought the price was a little high for a 4 pack and, after reading some reviews and watching a YT review, was sure that I'd get some relaxing benefit from one can. Not. So I drank 2. Not. Maybe D8 is just not for me but if 40mg in the course of less than an hour did nothing for me, I'd say this was a huge waste. I may try some edibles from another vendor just to see if there's any effect on me at all from this stuff. i drank the other 2 cans on the second night and all I got was a headache.

The flavor was ok but I didn't really feel anything after drinking it. For $6 a can seems a way to pricey

Perfect chill bevvy
Purchased this seltzer as an alternative to alcohol. So light and refreshing. I enjoy it on ice with a lime wedge. Perfect way to "take the edge off" after a long day!

The product tasted great and had the desired effects, the only suggestion I have is make your COA available for residual solvent results unless I missed them somehow, but besides that great work 💪

Great product
Great product! Arrived very quickly. Enjoyed one of these on a day off, took about an hour/hour and a half to kick in. Very relaxing on the body and mind. Worth the money for sure. Make sure you drink plenty of water and stay hydrated. For reference, I am not a regular cannabis product user.
